No goods received despite waiting over a month, paying “express shipping”
I have contacted customer service twice. First time I had a reply saying it will be dispatched imminently. No reply to the second email so I will now be contacting my card issuer to report a scam business and try and get a chargeback as I spent almost £50.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from this company. I placed my order on 5 September and, more than a week later, I had still received no update. I emailed to ask what was happening, but received no response. I then contacted the company through Facebook and was told they were waiting for new cups for the starter kit I had ordered. Despite this explanation, I still have not received my starter kit.

2 weeks after ordering and paying for the ‘express’ shipping, tracking is still showing as ‘preparing’ as it has for 2 weeks. No comms but lots of adverts popping up on social media.
After seeing all the 1 stars here I feel I need to start warning others on these adds, as it looks like a potential scam

Ordered on the 5th heard nothing, though they took their payment quick enough. Emailed on 11th and they said delays in processing some orders and mine had been one affected. Expected to receive this week as this had been pointed out to them but nothing, not replying to emails either now complete radio silence! Think it’s time to contact my card company to say it’s a scam, shame really as some of the reviews from people who eventually received coffee said it was good

I have used this company before and have been really happy with them.
However something has gone wrong over the last few months when you ask a question you get an automated reply.
They can't give you an honest reply on expected date of dispatch.

I will never use them again and advise any body else to avoid them.
Will now contact my bank about a refund as Black Wolf Coffee are answering.

Communication is below poor. Placed my order two weeks ago, and its been sat on processing/packing since. No contact from them with a explanation or apology. Allegedly waiting on stock. Had to chase them across social media for that as they don't seem to care for answering emails.

Meanwhile, I'm getting "subscribe, subscribe, subscribe" everywhere I turn. Given this experience I really can't see this being a regular purchase.

Update: So, a day after posting this (11/09/26) I got an email saying the order was shipped. Just over 24hrs later, delivery was received. Quality of the ammo tin is excellent, and after a brew of the Fubar I'm bouncing like a beloved literary/cartoon tiger. If only communication had been made about the delay then I would say this would be a 5/5 review.

Totally rubbish customer service. Ordered on 25 Aug 26 and as of 05 Sept 26 I have had no delivery, my order is still being packed and despite 2 emails chasing them for an update I have had no response. They are based in Manchester, I live in South Yorkshire so I could have walked over there, picked it up myself and got back quicker.

Do not use this company. £35 wasted!! Looks like its a total scam!

3 emails sent and no reply no order sent out no reply on order

Ordered 10 days ago. After no shipping told issue with stock and will ship very soon. Still not shipped after a couple of days so requested refund. No reply!

Ordered items 10 days ago. Not been shipped yet. Have emailed several times, and private messaged on social media. There has been zero replies and starting to think this company is a scam. Seriously avoid dealing with them.

Ordered in the 9th, still no items, no response to communication attempts.

Order placed, everything seemed to be in stock. After no further update, chased, to be told out of stock and could not be dispatched. Had to keep chasing for updates, but took over two weeks for order to be dispatched and in end was different to what I ordered! Seem to be copying another coffee company, but other company gives far better service!

9 working days later and still not delivered, customer support has not responded to my request to refund the order.

Horrendous service. Ordered close to a week ago paying for 1-3 day shipping. Inadvertently ordered smiting linked to a repeat order and cannot cancel until at least 2 orders are processed. Okay my bad I didn’t read correctly there. Have emailed 3 times in 2 days and had an automated reply from “Amanda” that my orders is delayed with no other information. No reply from any follow up emails or questions.

Customer service are not helpful, delay after delay, but quick to take your money, no coffee arrives , buyers beware

I love their sister company skull crusher, and this company’s coffee (dark roast for me is excellent but the customer service is about the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered coffee at the beginning of November 2024, it went to wrong address and eventually went back to black wolf, but I can’t seem to get a response from them so I can’t get my coffee they owe me. Frustrating.
