Awful experience. Unreliable, very poor workmanship and catastrophically bad customer service; avoid at all costs.
This company completely botched the paintwork repair to the wing of my car.
I arranged to drop the car off at their premises in Coatbridge from Bridge Of Weir to have it rectified and have some additional work done on the sill. The guy David wasn’t there, didn’t answer his phone and hasn’t responded to my attempts to contact him since.
Avoid at all costs, cheap for a reason.

Absolutely great service from David and his team organised via Axioma.

I arranged an appointment through Axioma to repair damage to wing and door of my car. I recieved a quick reply with name of David as my repairer.
David contacted me and appointment was made.
David and another guy turned up early Monday am and by 12.30 my car looked like new fantastic service fantastic workers and really nice guys.

I requested a quote for a dent and paint repair through the AXIOMA website, submitting photos of the damage to my car. They got back to me with a price in double-quick time.

Without hesitation I accepted the quote as it was only for £240; and the only other company that got back to me had quoted me an eye-watering £380! I was then offered to select a suitable day to carry out the repair and David from BLEND was in touch with me immediately after I'd booked. David has an excellent phone manner and is definitely a 'people person'.

The repair was carried out on the day and the time promised and took less than 3 hours. The dent was in a really awkward spot, and the paint was scraped right down to the bare metal, but David did an amazing job. There were no hidden extras or additions to the bill. The price that I was quoted was the price that I paid. I'm absolutely delighted with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend David & BLEND AUTOMOTIVE INNOVATIONS & would use him again. David was also very helpful after the job was completed in offering me advice on cosmetic or SMART repair car insurance.

Pleasure working with David. He came recommended to me and I'm happy to pass that on. He's been communicative, friendly and also really honest in what I should do, rather than me feeling like he's just trying to get me to spend lots. Plus, the end result looks great - he's sorted all my little chips before I hand my car back to the leasing company. Thank you!
