Excellent service and customer care. We spoke with a number of installation companies, Parklive offered the best option at a good price, and even flagged an issue with our charger post install that we were unaware of and replaced the charger immediately. Fast response times, great service, Highly recommend.

Parklive installed a Hypervolt 3.0 at my semi-detached property. Communication in terms of the quote and arranging the installation was excellent and the installation itself went ahead very smoothly - the engineers were professional and efficient and it was done with minimal disruption. Would certainly recommend. Also - their advice to get the 10m cable was very sensible as it means we are future proofed in terms of being able to charge more than one vehicle on the drive if we get a 2nd electric car in the future.

Parklive have just fitted a Hypervolt to my house and I can’t thank Dave, Girts, James and the team enough. They were extremely professional, leaving the house clean and in perfect condition despite having to find a route for the cable through several challenging floors and walls. Amazing job, highly recommended.

I did a lot of research into which charger to get installed at home, I also spoke and got quotes from a number of installers and Dave won me over with his explanations and suggested cable run with what turned out to be a complex install.
The Parklive install team were excellent - on time, clean and neat with their work and came back at a later date once they were able to get the newly launched space grey Hypervolt unit.

Have to say the service I received was excellent.

There was an installation / snagging issue that came to light after the charger was first used a few days later (I had had the charger fitted before taking delivery of my EV). When reported this was swiftly and decisively dealt with to my total satisfaction. In my professional working experience it is the manner in which aftersales problems are dealt with that is the yardstick to judge by and in this regard the service I received was flawless.

Would without hesitation recommend Parklive.
