He's a scammer who will take your money and ignore you and not refund a penny.
He stole from thousands before Christmas and started this one up just after liquidating personalised gift studios.

Don’t use this company. Like many people I was scammed I ordered mirrors for my grandsons Christmas presents and never received them or got a refund off there previous company.Their other company PGS have fraudulently had money from so many customers. Has put me off ordering online.

Do NOT EVER order from this Company. The owner Mike was a Director off PGS or Personalised Gift Studio who has scammed money from thousands off people this year. PGS has just went into voluntary liquidation leaving so many off us out off pocket. Looks like he used all our money to go a world cruise. And as for the positive reviews IGNORE they are from his MIL.

Do not use this company. It was Personalised Gift Studio and it scammed thousands of people over the Christmas period out of £k’s. We were given sob stories and then blocked. No items received and no refunds.

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY HAS LINKS TO PERSONALISED GIFT STUDIO THAT HAS NOW GONE INTO LIQUIDATION LEAVING HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS OUT OF POCKET. MIKE HAS CONSISTENTLY LIED TO CUSTOMERS WITH HIS PATHETIC SOB STORIES THAT HAVE OBVIOUSLY NOT BEEN TRUE.

I HAVE GOT A CASE GOING AGAINST HIM THROUGH CONSUMER ADVICE AND TRADING STANDARDS. I HAVE ALSO WROTE A LETTER TO HIM WITH RECORDED DELIVERY THAT I BELIEVE HE SIGNED FOR AND HE STILL CHOOSES TO IGNORE ME.

This company was previously owned by personalised gift studio now trading as blessed moments the co director Mike has unfulfilled orders taken thousands of pounds off people and supplied faulty goods which are useless and worthless I would not recommend him or his new company as they are not reputable and will just take your money personally he should be struck off as a director for wrong doing. Make your own minds up but you’ve been made aware of his underhand tactics

I ordered and paid for a gift on the other website you had before Christmas (November) l never received this order and now you have set up under a new name, same scam do not place orders on this website it's a SCAM,SCAM,SCAM

Buyer beware their previous company let a lot of people down as orders and promises weren’t fulfilled. Now low and behold let’s just erase that and set this business up. Don’t believe reviews on Facebook as any negative comments are deleted.

Wow where do I start , Mike from personalised gift studio who stole money from people buying Christmas presents for the kids, grandkids , nephews and nieces , taking the money and not sending the products , absolutely disgusting , then when you make a claim from the bank he has the nerve too counter claim and get the money back again ! One personalised football shirt mirror I ordered on the 6th October , unmade and not sent , emailed false tracking number then when you question or write on their page get blocked. Mike now had his mother in law Sharon leaving positive reviews on this new page, no doubt this company will be ran the same as the previous ones , Please do not order anything from this company

Mike has set up this company and seemingly rebranded, after frauding myself and many, many others.
Previous business name is personalisedgiftstudio.co.uk and recently liquidated.

I made a purchase in good faith in October 2024. Everything looked very professional but professional fraud is what it’s turned out to be.

Myself and the masses have come together to find our experience has been the same - we have been ignored regards to our outstanding orders and we have not been refunded the money we paid. We are blocked when we try to communicate on any medium. This fraud is intentional.

Do not trust or part with a single penny, con man/con family at large here.
