Truly Disappointing
I placed the order on September 7th, 2020. The sales person failed to communicate clearly about how long the order fulfillment time would be, he said it would take 3 weeks to receive my order. The order was finally available on November 18th, 2020 after two visits to the store and a decision to cancel my order if it was not received. The order was erroneously billed, resulting in a short payment so I was hit with an unexpected $700.00 in addition to the $2700+ that I was charged at the time of my order.
Update:
I don't understand the question, what other recourse is there available to me? You are the merchant!!!!

I ordered my blinds September 18 and…
I ordered my blinds September 18 and was told they would be delivered within 60 days. I was very disappointed when they took approximately 90 days to come. I had to call several times and complain. It might have even took longer. Nonetheless, my blinds are beautiful. However, I was absolutely SHOCKED to see the man installing my blinds in my kitchen- standing on my kitchen counter with his outside shoes on. How gross, rude and inconsiderate!! Not to mention there is a pandemic going on. He should have supplies to install the blinds properly (ex.)step ladder, standing mat, etc). I purchased blinds for majority of my home and I was disappointed with blinds to go delivery.

The sales rep was awesome
The sales rep was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. The blinds were ready ahead of schedule. The only complaint was the cost. I have some Levelors that I bought at Home Depot over 20 years ago and they still work and look great and for a fraction of the price. These were for my sisters house that i bought at Blinds to Go.

Hi Ray, great to hear about the overall experience - we do offer price-matching for the cost though as well with comparison to other custom made products. Often times the product at home depot are cut to order only or straight off the shelf and not completely custom which is why there is a price difference.
