In home service was top notch. The consultant listened to my needs and provided a perfect solution. I never felt pressured and all the product features were explained to my satisfaction. All of the team members (measurer and installer) were punctual and professional. Zero complaints!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Blinds To Go’s at-home consultation service, and I would strongly caution anyone considering using them.
From the very beginning, the sales rep overpromised everything—fast turnaround times, flawless installation, high-quality materials—you name it. It all sounded great in the moment, but none of it was actually delivered. Once the order was placed, it felt like they completely disappeared.
Customer service is practically nonexistent. Calling for help is a waste of time—they don’t answer the phone, and when you do manage to get through, you get no real answers or accountability. There’s no follow-up, no communication, and no sense that they care about fixing issues.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of integrity. They’ll tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale, but once they have your money, you’re on your own. The entire experience felt misleading and unprofessional from start to finish.
Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This company does not stand behind what they promise. Save your money and go with another company.
