2026 Update: I am happy to share that the company followed up with me. They were swamped with holiday orders, which explained the delay in communication. Once connected, Bryan was awesome and made sure my order was corrected and reshipped. The replacement arrived two days earlier than expected, and everything looks exactly as it should.

I still love the concept. The quality, durability, and embroidery are what sold me in the first place. I lost my fur baby of fifteen years and wanted something meaningful to wear in his honor. This sweatshirt did that for me. I even requested a little halo, and the production team made it happen. The stitching is tight, the design is beautiful, and the craftsmanship feels like it will hold up after several wash cycles.

My original rating reflected the mix up with the sleeve and the difficulty reaching customer service, but I am updating my review because the issue was resolved with care. Bryan restored my faith in their operation, and I appreciate the effort to make things right.

I look forward to ordering more pieces in the future and continuing to support their growing business.

Similar to all the other valid 1 star reviews I didn’t get my product in time nor was there every any customer service until late January when they apologized as they were busy during peak season.

Companies that can’t handle the heat need to stay out of the kitchen. This one needs to go into the dumpster.

They don’t even have a valid address they’re under the radar not wanting to be found because they know how many people they’ve lied to.

After emailing them multiple times and never getting a response, then finally getting one 6 weeks after the order was placed I put in a charge back on my credit card which I won.

My recommendation is order, if it arrives on time it’s a decent product (nothing fancy or out of this world but decent product) as long as you get it on discount you’re okay.

If you don’t get it on time, file a charge back get your money back. Too many companies like this exist, spend money on ads then can’t deliver and they fail to tell anyone because they don’t want to issue refunds. It’s a game for them. Get a refund after by doing the chargeback

We absolutely L O V E our custom-made item from Just Lyne. It was a Christmas gift for my youngest daughter, who adores our dog, Zeke. She wears it often with pride and it's precious & perfect! Their designers tweaked our design a few times until it was just right. I would definitely order again! The website was so easy to use!

Recently purchased a hooded sweater for a Christmas present. It arrived in plenty of time. It was a perfect present. Would recommend them highly.

As far as I'm concerned, they owe me the expedited shipping fee since I didn't receive my sweatshirt gifts til after Christmas. Their timelines are bull... They take your money BEFORE you even approve their design. And then because I was worried I wouldn't get them on time, I went ahead and paid the fee for expedited shipping. This changed the date of my original order! So it looks like they were on time! Again... Bull! Then I had to pay another shipping cost to get the gifts to where they were going. We traveled over the holiday and would have brought them with us if we had received them on time. And yes, I have emailed them regarding all of this twice. Responded once with a generic "due to the holidays" crap, then never responded again. Will never recommend and anytime I have the opportunity to review online I will! They don't make it easy to leave a review on their website so I'll just leave one everywhere else I can.

Submitted and approved drawing, but never received product. Multiple attempts to contact. No response.

My order came in time for Xmas but unfortunately the image was not centered. I have emailed several times and contacted support with zero replies other than an automated response. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered my product on December 8, 2025 and still waiting for my sweatshirts. I have been trying to get in touch with the customer service however it takes them anywhere from 24 hours to two weeks to get back to you. I approved a product and I just got an email saying it needed to be approved. Very disappointed with the company and the customer service. The automated reply still says, due to the holidays and all their orders it might take a few days to reply. I feel that January 14 is still not considered holiday time.
