The quality was not what it was 34 years ago when we used Blinds to Go. The valance on the blinds looks cheap compared to the blinds we purchased from Home Depot and Rhona. I would not recommend using them unless you wish to spend alot more money. The sales represenative was good along with the installer.
REPLY TO RESPONSE FROM BLINDS TO GO. THAT IS TRUE THE ONE KITCHEN BLIND WAS COMPLETELY REMADE. IT STILL DOES NOT ADDRESS THE LOOK OF THE VALANCE OR THE QUALITY OF THE BLINDS. WE PURCHASED 2 BAY WINDOWS AND A BATHROOM, BEDROOM AND KITCHEN BLIND. SO IT IS NOT JUST ONE BLIND AS RESPONSE SOUNDS.

To costly for us old folks who try and get better deals with only having fixed income but can't get deals for lower prices this place does not help that way

Hi Vic, thank you for the review - we are sorry that you were not able to find something within your budget though - everything is custom made so custom products are typically more expensive than off the shelf or cut-to-size blinds. We are here to help though and would love to try to find something in your price point if possible!

Great Customer Service
Crystal at the Hamilton location was very helpful with our purchase, and very pleasant. Very quick and easy process. Love that they have lifetime guarantee. We brought in a blind we purchased 12 years ago that had to be repaired and it was done quickly. While there, we decided on a few other blackout blinds and Crystal helped with that purchase.

The only reason they scored a 1 Star…
The only reason they scored a 1 Star was because the installer did a great job with what he had to work with. Bought over $7500 worth of shutters and blinds and only half the job was completed
The individual that did the measuring was way off on his measurements. We now have a half finished job on our condo with no window coverings for our privacy and controlled shade. We have no coverings for another 2 weeks until they make the new shutters and blinds and wait for the install
NOT ONE PERSON FROM BLINDS TO GO HAS CALLED TO TALK TO US REGARSING THIS ISSUE. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEIR ERRORS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO ELSE WHERE

I dropped into the Hamilton store after getting new windows in Brantford. My sales assist Brian, helped me pick the perfect solution with pictures and fabric , provided by me. Installation was easy and fast by associate here in Brantford. I recommend BTG 5 STAR. I’m thinking about now doing front of house in roll blinds.
