I ordered pink blinds for my daughter’s room ( we did not order a sample) and the color online was much lighter than the actual blinds, it made her room so dark. I was so impressed that blinds.com happily offered to send new blinds in a preferred color and just asked me to donate the blinds we did not want. It was so easy and I was so grateful. We got the new blinds and they look great!

Paid for the right fit guarantee
Paid for the right fit guarantee. First set of blinds did not fit and the installer used screws that were too long and damaged my door. Had to pay more to get the second set, which again did not fit. I then asked to be refunded. NO REFUNDS. total waste of time and money. Two damaged door and no blinds!

Horrible experience
Most horrible experience. I ordered blinds, but they just never delivered. Customer service does not exist.
Did not show up, did not deliver.
I placed with Blinds.com for five blinds, which included measuring and installation services.
As part of this order, I scheduled a measurement appointment that was confirmed by Blinds.com. However, the service was not provided. The Blinds.com team failed to show up during the confirmed four-hour appointment window, and I did not receive any prior notice, cancellation, or follow-up communication.
I took time off from work specifically to accommodate this appointment, and the vendor’s failure to appear without any notice represents a clear lack of service fulfillment.

Purchased Two blinds for my daughter’s room, swore I had picked the blackout version but either did not, or got sent the wrong product. Either way I contacted customer service who advised they will not return the blinds and could only replace them if the measurements were off. Won’t ever purchase from this company again and will be sure to spread the word of there poor business model.
Might be out $500
I paid $754 for three cellular shades. Two of those three shades are not functioning properly. I have provided the info requested by the company but I every time I call, I am asked to give them a few more days. Based on my communications, I am not confident that the issue will be resolved.
I intend to update if it does.
I was contacted today and offered a replacemnt for the damaged blinds. If all goes well, I will update.
Delivery sucks
Delivery sucks. These are made in China. I'm almost a momth waiting for the balance of my order. Buyer beware.

This is my second time ordering from
Blinds.com. Product is great except:
1. Time to receive product is lengthy
2. Products arrive missing components or are incorrect dice (even when using Blinds.com measurer)
3. Customer Service reps are nice, but don’t follow thru submitting orders (ie forget) or order incorrectly
Bottom line that’s 6+ months or more from order to satisfactory installation
