Great customer service!

I have purchased a couple large size blinds from them. One stsrted being defectuous after a couple years; I wrote to the company along with my order confirmation number, and a week later they had sent me a new one for free. I was very impressed by their customer service

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.

Please note that all roller shades will have an extra 6-12" of height to ensure the material stays on the roller tube, and the width of the shade material will always be 1"-1 1/2" narrower than the size ordered.

In order to verify the size of the shade, we will need a few photos showing the size product came at. For both the width or height, we will need a zoomed-out photo showing the full measuring tape from end to end, and an up-close photo showing the final measurement.

When measuring the width, please measure the roller tube from end to end with the pin compressed. When measuring the height, please fully lower the shade and measure from the bottom of the shade, to the top of the roller tube. 

Please include the product size(s) or room name(s) in your warranty claim here. As soon as we have these photos, we can proceed with rectifying this concern for you!

I did not get the spacers with my…

I did not get the spacers with my delivery and had to wait another week before I could install the shade. (After it had already taken longer to receive it than what I had been told) Other than that - the shade and the quality of the shade are GREAT!!

We received our blinds and had a slight problem and called your customer service. We admitted that we were the ones at fault and our blinds were like a quarter of an inch longer than they should’ve been. The representative told us he would get in touch with somebody because we asked if we could just purchase the panels only. We have never heard back from anyone. We figured out how to fix the blinds ourselves so we no longer need to know if we can purchase just the panels. It would’ve been nice to have some follow up.

Great place to get custom blinds

Great place to get custom blinds/shades. The blinds came in perfect condition, beautiful and easy to install. I had one with slightly wrong measurement since my window is not straight and they sent me a replacement with the right measurement very soon after I called customer service. A++

All is fairly good

All is fairly good. One of the shades is slightly off when it rolls up so since it’s a little off track it cannot go all the way up. All the others are great.

I never received the product

I never received the product. I have mentioned this before and no one has ever called back. Check back or done anything but I never did receive the product. Because of this, I cannot say anything good about this company. I do not recommend this company. Once they have your money, they could care less about you. I feel bad even to give one star. They should be out of business for their service and product.

Motorized Zebra Blinds

Just installed my Motorized Traditional Light Filtering Zebra Shades. They fit perfectly! Love the material and smooth operation. My only suggestion is if you buy one, charge it fully the night before you install it. I got it up and realized I couldnt pair the remote to lower it because the battery was dead! Im going to recommend them to my daughter. Great value.

Our no-drill blinds did not fit.

Our no-drill blinds did not fit. The company has a Fit Guarantee but that did not matter. We sent emails with videos showing that it did not fit. Through emails we sent all requested information. After several emails with one person, another person would respond asking for all the same information all over again. We went through six different representatives with no progress. We were told that according to them it should fit. However, one representative did say, I see in the video it does not fit. However, nothing was done on their part to redo the blind. Maybe, it was the spring that would not compress to allow the blind to fit. Now, All we can do is remove the end cap which is not suggested. The paint will then be scratched. Our only option is to write this review for others.

Read before buying

I ordered a total of 7 blinds (~$2000 total), all with motorization and automation options, 4 of the zebra shades, one top-down/bottom up style and 2 screwless skylight shades. The Top-down bottom-up blinds are amazing and I wish I would've just order them all to be those, but we wanted a specific functionality that the zebra offered. However, the zebra shades, while mechanically they work, the software used to control the motors and the remote are pitiful, the remote refuses to unpair any blinds and somehow the blinds will pair themselves to different channels on the remote, almost like they never left pairing mode. getting help on them hasn't been easy either, and the documentation that comes with them is lacking in every regard. They work, but not how they're supposed to.
The skylight shades are very nice, they work beautifully and the remote for them is significantly better than that of the zebra shades, but they did not have a measuring guide for them or explain how they are supposed to fit, and that leads to my particular situation making it so they dont fit where theyre supposed to.
Overall the construction of them is quite nice, but the automation aspect leaves much to be desired.
They need better documentation for things and clarity for what youre getting, It was supposed to be one remote to control everything because its all from the same company right? RIGHT? No, 3 different control schemes needed for a single room. One app, 2 remotes, one of which barely works sometimes.

Disappointed

Ordering the blinds online was pretty difficult.
I did get a rep on the phone who helped complete the order, but the blinds we ordered were NOT what was delivered.
Out of 3 blinds, 2 were incorrect.
We had to disassemble 2, and reverse the motors in order for them to function properly.
The homeowners made this purchase as a test before buying blinds for the whole house.

Costly Production Errors

I took extra time to review the order with special attention to assuring the comments I made regarding control position and control length were payed attention to. It was reviewed over a phone call, which was recorded, with a very good design consultant. Notes were sent to factory regarding these critical requests. Of 18 roller shades ordered, 9 were to have controls on Right and 9 were to have controls on Left. All 18 came with controls on Left at default control lengths based on shade length. All wrong lengths on all 18 and 9nwrong control.position. I am awaiting a call from the same design consultant to get 9 replacements on order, and extra lift chains to fix the rest. I need them to be made with control lengths and positions as originally ordered. Very dissappointing. This will cause extra trips, patching and painting, and inconvenience. All shades had to be installed as they were shipped due to an event at home with many guests arriving next weekend. Replacements and some compensation for all the extra, trips, time and inconvenience these Select Blinds errors have caused is requested. Please call me ASAP to get the replacements on order.

Matching blinds in a room was a failure.

I was trying to match the other blinds in the room. The representative I spoke to looked up an order that had previously been sent to this address. I just recently moved into this house but the date of the order your rep found matched the year the house was built so I assumed it would be the correct blinds. They were not the correct blinds-they were not room darkening and were the wrong color. They didn't match any of the other blinds in the house.
The first blinds that were sent were the wrong size (width & height were switched), probably my fault that I didn't check carefully before giving the final go ahead. You replaced them with only a small charge (the price had increased), so I was grateful with that service.
