Unauthorized Auto-Refill and Refusal to Issue Refund
I initially began using BlinkRx because my health insurance did not cover a prescription issued by my ENT, and BlinkRx offered a reasonable cash price. For my first two refills, I manually placed orders whenever I received a text or email notification.
However, upon receiving a third notification, I was informed that an "autofill" order was being processed—a service I never opted into. Because I was traveling at the time, I immediately unsubscribed upon landing to stop the process. Since the medication was ultimately ineffective for me, I had no intention or need to reorder.
As soon as I arrived at my destination, I contacted customer support to explain the situation and request a cancellation and refund. The first representative insisted I had enrolled in auto-refill and was unhelpful. After requesting a supervisor, I was transferred to a second representative who took my information and promised to follow up. Finally, on August 11, 2026, a supervisor called me back. While she acknowledged my order history—confirming that my previous orders were placed manually and that I had unsubscribed—she flatly refused to issue a $55 refund simply because the order had already processed. To add to the absurdity, I received a delivery confirmation email that very same day—an unprecedented same-day delivery speed for them, which felt less like efficient service and more like a rushed attempt to prevent a cancellation.
It is extremely disappointing that after three separate customer service calls, BlinkRx acknowledged that an error occurred on their end yet refused to rectify it. I rarely leave negative reviews, but potential customers should be aware of these unauthorized auto-refill practices and the company's unwillingness to take accountability.
