Perfect execution, wasteful packaging
The process of getting a prescription filled has been extremely smooth. No issues there. The ONLY reason I am hesitant to continue is because the packaging that comes with my eyedrops seems so incredibly wasteful. There must be a better way to get it here without so much Styrofoam and icepacks that just get thrown out. I will probably go back to Xiidra through my last pharmacy

My Vascepa was left outside in 90 plus degree weather where the manufacturer says to keep the medication at 68-77 degrees! Also the gel pack had busted so there was gel everywhere! Sending medications unless it’s FedEx overnight is ridiculous. These are not just hard tablets. Gavin P.
