I was confused with the packaging and instructions.
There are 5 Vials in every pack and the instructions were to use twice daily.
I took one vial for each eye. After a period I realized that I would not have enough vials left until my dates.
I now realize that one vial is supposed to be for both eyes.
I will now be short of drops.
It should have been explained more easily.

The Miebo drops moisten my eyes but it takes a while to penetrate, I guess. I understand every patient has different needs but in my case the drop would run out as soon as I blinked. I was using 3 to 4 drops a day. I also put drops in before bed but noticed my eyes are at their driest when I wake up and I immediately have to put drops in. I will finish the bottle and see if it justifies purchasing again. I think I had unreal expectations

When I got my prescription it says 3 on…
When I got my prescription it says 3 on the front, thought bottles. Called went thru 3 people to tell me they would send 2 more. Did not come, called and after 3 again she says 3 liters. Why is this not on box? Why isn’t box sealed? Bottles is too hard to squeeze, either I get too much or not enough. For the price you charge it’s a problem.

So many weird things
First couldn't log in, the medicine was really expensive, and then i kept get text and emails in 3s that I still had a prescription to fill even though I had already purchased and had it delivered.

I couldn't really tell if the medication helped or not because I had so many other eye issues happening at the same time, e.g., an eruption of my ocular rosacea. One thing I definitely didn't like is that my eyes felt like they were on fire for at least 10 minutes after each application. After the fire subsided, the tears flowed for a good while, so I couldn't apply makeup until it stopped. It was hard to make myself use it because of these things and the extra time it took to work through them all.

Miebo is excellent for dry eye
Miebo is excellent for dry eye - I use 1-2 drops per day. It is a bit expensive but insurance covered some. Blink RX contacted my insurer and then gave me the cost and asked if I wanted to order it. Very easy and prompt service.
