They emailed me before I left the…
They emailed me before I left the parking lot of my Dr's office to set up my rx. It was free but now I find out that the prior authorization was denied. So now I will have a cash price for next month. If it is between $800-$1250.00 like some websites say it averages then I won't be able to continue this rx.

An AI "person" facilitated my entire order from beginning to end. At no point was I given the option to speak with a live representative. It was a lengthy process with several more requests via email to complete. Date is approximate for encounter.
On the plus side, Miebo eyedrops are amazing. Maybe ordering refills will be smoother. Thank you.
