A disappointing start, but an excellent resolution
UPDATE: Excellent customer service and professional resolution
I would like to update my original review because I believe it is only fair to describe the whole experience, including how Bloom Magic handled the situation afterwards.
My initial experience was very disappointing. The flowers arrived two days late, missing an important birthday surprise, and several of the flowers were delivered in poor condition, with dried and wilted petals.
However, after I contacted Bloom Magic and sent them photographs, their customer service team responded extremely quickly. They acknowledged the problem, apologised sincerely and took full responsibility for what had happened.
A full refund was processed without unnecessary arguments or excuses. In addition, they offered me a €60 voucher for a future order as a gesture of goodwill.
I have to admit that the way Bloom Magic handled my complaint completely changed my impression of their customer service. We are all human and mistakes can happen. In my opinion, what also matters is how a company reacts when something goes wrong — and in this case, Bloom Magic reacted quickly, professionally and with genuine respect for the customer.
Thank you to Joan, Jehan, Aldie and the Bloom Magic team for taking my complaint seriously and making a real effort to resolve the situation

Lovely basket full of blooms
Ordering was simple-the basket was exactly as advertised and delivery was within the time frame I had asked for. My mother was absolutely thrilled with them and said how beautiful they looked in the basket.
