We were instructed by In Water Limited to provide services to the clients of In Water and Bloomsbury Flowers, both of which are owned and directed by Anoma Radkevitch, in December 2025 and January 2026. Payment of our invoices has not been made for 6 months. Despite County Court proceedings being obtained against In Water Limited in April 2026 (Claim No. N0QZ35E0), the debt remains unpaid and High Court Enforcement Officers have been instructed to recover it. Before booking Bloomsbury Flowers we would recommend researching the director's business history including County Court Judgments registered against associated companies. We would caution any business or individual considering working with Bloomsbury Flowers or any company associated with its director Anoma Radkevitch.

Extremely rude and disappointing customer service. I have used this company for over 10 years and the way the new person on the phone spoke to me and dealt with my concern was shocking!

When inputting the orders, we need to leave contact details, these somehow do not get utilised by the courier as we asked for Saturday delivery to an office and where never notified that it was not feasible, nor did anyone proactively let us know on the Monday. Shop is blocked by our systems administrator and that is the only tool these orders can be tracked and updated with so not inclusive to all customers! Then the first bunch we did get definitely did not hit the mark especially for the price. I flagged this and they quickly came back and rectified and did make a much better bunch. However since going more local we are getting much much better value for money, personal touch and better communication.

I came to London to see a ballet. I ordered a bouquet for a dancer I’m a huge fan of. I was able to order it online in advance; this is the second time I’ve used them, and I have every confidence in them.
I’d definitely like to order from them again next time.

I went online for a florist that was near my work and I found Bloomsbury Flowers, I ordered a beautiful bouquet of roses that I wanted to give to a colleague who leaving our work. Ordered them online to have them collected for the end of the week and included a message with them, I came to collect them on the appointed day and there it was ready and beautifully arranged, I was absolutely delighted and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Beautiful flowers delivered to plan. However, these were a premium option and looked small as a bouquet. The ‘classic’ size must be tiny. Pricey for what was received.
