As a small business, we work diligently to provide the best service possible, and as part of our team, I, along with my colleagues, some who are disabled, take great pride in supporting our customers to the best of our abilities.

Upon reviewing your order, we noticed it was placed on January 9th, with standard shipping selected, which typically takes up to three business days to arrive. This means your package is expected to arrive on or before January 14th, which is the third business day after shipment.

If your order does not arrive by then, we would be more than happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever is most convenient for you. We kindly ask that you reconsider your review, and if you feel we don’t deserve the 1-star rating, we would deeply appreciate it if you could update or remove it.

Hello Mehboob,

You sent us an email last night and we replied promptly this morning, but we're very sorry if you did not receive it. Kindly check your spam and promotions folder for our response.

You placed your order on the 7th and we promptly dispatched it on the same day using a Royal Mail 48 service, which typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.

We have tracked the order, and it says "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item" meaning Royal Mail has your parcel but they have not attempted delivery yet. Today is the 2nd business day from the date that you placed your order. You should receive it on or before Friday, the 10th of January. Otherwise, please let us know so we can send a replacement.
