Gorgeous items, promptly posted and well packed.

It wasn’t difficult to use the website and choose what I wanted to order. Order confirmation came swiftly and was delivered within the stated timescale . The mice were very safely packed so arrived in top condition . I was soon thanked for my order and told how many paw points I had earned . Great service from start to finish !

I pre ordered Spring Maileg stock in January and as soon as everything had arrived it was packaged off immediately in June; as soon as the shipment arrived. It’s always tricky preordering stock so early, but Bluebell’s Burrow is such a credible shop that cares about the customers and the type of stock selected to sell. If you are looking for a shop that genuinely believes in enhancing and supporting imaginative play in little ones - and not so little ones, then I highly recommend this one.

With our order we were expecting the little brother and sister mouse which we didnt recieve, despite it being stated on the order and order receipt that they come with the suitcasa. We were told after its not included. Our daughter was extremely disappointed, as were we.

I ordered a Maileg panda for my granddaughter’s birthday. It arrived very promptly - it is the second item I have ordered from them and I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.

I'm new to collecting Maileg, and found myself very (to say the least!) Confused over sizing!
Bluebells Burrow made it a lot easier for me with all the posts and i absolutely love the Bundles!
