This is a brilliant company to work for, the managers are amazing and are always willing to help and they go above and beyond for us carers.
While Kayleigh and Nicole are my managers I wouldn’t look to work anywhere else

Bluebird care

The ladies that visit my son are always professional. They are all very sociable always engaging my son in conversation as they go about their duties. My son has specialized care and all his carers are suitably trained. Thank you Bluebird

I have worked with bluebird for a few years now and have been given the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the supervisor, I work with a great office team and highly dedicated carers, every day is different and all the customers are like extended family to all of us.

All the staff are approachable and can accommodate extra care at short notice.

I have now been working for Bluebird Care Sandwell for 3 years and can confidently say I am extremely happy in my role. Since new management took over, I am happy to say that I am much happier and I am proud of how far the company has come. I couldn’t recommend working for Bluebird Care Sandwell enough!

I am so pleased with how they managed to get my mum to accept the carers. She really likes them. I love that I can read everything they have done each day with her. This puts my mind at rest that I know she is being looked after and she well.

Bluebird are a little more expensive than some other care companies, but they are 10 times better under the newer management. They were mediocre 3 years ago but have improved greatly due to new staff and are now setting the bar for other care companies to aim for (which they will never achieve!)

The care provided by Bluebird's Sandwell team is caring, friendly and responsive. Everyone from Kayleigh the manager through to my mum's regular carers, go the extra mile. The are 100 per cent reliable and very respectful of my mum, treating her in a dignified and empathetic way.
No one wants to think of a time when they can no longer live independently without help but after a stay in hospital my mum was in this position. Her two regular carers are now like friends and she looks forward to their daily visits. Importantly it has meant she can continue to live independently in her own home.
