Thank you for sending me my personal alarm so promptly.
My son helped me to set it up, so I had no problems there. I do realise now that I should have chosen the wrist alarm instead of the pendant, but as they say hindsight is perfect vision. Other than that I have the comfort of knowing if I do need assistance I am now able to summon it. I hope I never need it.

Setting up the phob was extremely challenging. I called a friend but they could not do it either. The person from your customer service talked me through it. All the time the box base was acting so quickly it was very distracting. It did not give time to do what was required. Without the person talking it through I would never have been able to get set up !

Taking Care Anywhere
After doing research into alternatives I went for the Taking Care Anywhere personal alarm system. The details were well presented and the price was acceptable and comparative with alternatives which did not have the same extensive features.
I ordered the product on the 9 April and it was delivered on 11 April. The system was up and fully operational within an hour having been tested at appropriate sites and with the 24/7 operator, who was very helpful.
The experience was seamless from start to finish and if the ongoing service and support is of the same high standard I will be delighted. The product seems well manufactured and worked as defined in the comprehensive brochure.
