I arranged this for my Mum, and the lady called Ros at Taking Care was very helpful and knew which type of device would suit my mother. The Digital Fall Alarm arrived within a couple of days of ordering, and was very easy to set up.

Had researched a lot of suppliers before deciding to go with Taking Care. Had a nice surprise on day of ordering to find an offer saving £50 on normal £70 charge - result! Was easy to complete information about person alarm is for as well as adding emergency contacts. Setting up alarm seemed a bit confusing to start with but by following each step as laid out in the booklet all went well. Staff answering the set up calls were polite and helpful. Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Tuesday - tracking info shared at all stages. User being discharged from hospital today so will see how it works over next few weeks. All in all, good experience and would recommend to others
