Withdrawal not received

I have withdrawn amount INR 3100 on April 7th night and it was approved and completed same night but still now as on today 13th April money was not credited. Customer care was saying processing everytime I ask . No response and my patience was lossed. So I fixed it was fraud. So be aware this site bluechip.io.

Withdraw declined and rip all my balance

At there offers section it was showing that if I deposit 1600rs . I will recieve the 3200 freebet . So, I asked first cc am I eligible and they say yes so i did that ...

I recieved 3200 freebet and and I used this on ongoing ipl match (as mentioned) and I won that . Then I place a withdraw after 2days they declined it and says error at payment provider.. so I placed again .. then they again declined and deducted all balance....

So , i contacted agent why this ?
So,they says me to wait again 3days .. i did after this they says that your bet cancelled due to some error .. (which according to me proper lie ) how this is happens .. and they can't able to help me in any way .

It has been easy to deposit

It has been easy to deposit. But it is unfortunately impossible to verify the account. I deposited with Jeton because this site has no license in my country. At the verification section it is only possible to upload visa or Master card as deposit proof. Support is not helping. After months of waiting they still haven’t verified my account. They wanted me to loose the balance and I did. Be careful: This site rejects to accept withdraws!

Had to delete before even testing their service

Stumbled upon this really nice looking betting site. But, what is the purpose of having beauty when system is below par? My initial experience per se is below par.
Tried to upload funds using deposit bonus, since the payment method failed at their end the bonus too has been cancelled.

I deposited 2000 Rs.

I made 3500 approx. I initiated withdrawal. They have approved the withdrawal on Nov.27 , it's not Dec 5 and they give reasons as payment processing delay. It's very clear they don't want to pay. Stay away. Don't get scammed . They advertise intensely in facebook and Instagram under Aviator game. Stay away.

Don't waste your time and money on Bluechip.

These guys are continuously in an a phase where they are just upgrading their system. They have no process in place. You would be lucky enough if your money gets deposited and you see in your casino account and then you will be lucky to get to their support if their chat is working and get the issue sorted out. I was done with these ppl when they did not credit my 10K in time and was fed up chasing them. Everyday they had the same response that we are working on it and it's been more than a week that money never got credited. I moved to other online casino however today I felt like I should give another try with a small amount of 3K and again it did not get processed and there is no way I can connect to their support. Their chat just does not work as said earlier you need to be lucky to get through their support. I would recommend anyone reading this review don't waste your time in bluechip. It's one of the worst in service and support. And if your deposit is not successful than only God can help you as their support is just useless and of no good.
