Bluechip is fraud

I have been a loyal player and vip player for the bluechip. I have lost more than 14 lakhs rupees in last 4 years. Now they are not helping me in withdrawal of 27000 rupees. They asked me for the verification and I supported them in providing all the documents but their verification team is not allowing to verify the account. First I uploaded driving licence, then they asked for another document so I uploaded pan with selfy then they asked for selfy with aadhar card I tried to provide the same but again they are asking for another documents.
After been through all this I can say yes this application is fraud. Their support team is also not helping.

Blocked After Winning — Refused to Pay Out My Winnings

I started playing on BlueChip Casino (bluechip.io) on October 27, 2025, after registering a fresh new account based on the positive reviews and high safety index I saw on CasinoGuru. Within less than two days of joining, by October 28, 2025, I had deposited around ₹18,000 INR and was playing responsibly on Crazy Time.

On October 28, 2025, after winning a fair amount, I submitted a withdrawal request, which initially to processed pending . However, within minutes, I was logged out and unable to access my account again. When I contacted BlueChip’s live chat support, they claimed that I broke Rule 9.7 and 9.8 of their Terms & Conditions.

I was never given any official email or proof of such a violation. I have only one verified account, used my own payment method, and played fairly. The timing — immediately after my withdrawal request — makes this look like an intentional refusal to pay legitimate winnings.

I therefore request BlueChip Casino to provide the exact wording of the rule they are applying and the evidence of my alleged violation.

I can provide screenshots of my deposits, withdrawal confirmation, and chat conversation with their support team as proof.

⚠️ Warning to others: Everything seems fine until you actually win. Then, your account can be blocked and your funds withheld without a valid reason. Keep every record, and think twice before depositing.
