You advised me that my delivery to TR11 5HN would be on Thursday, 18th Feb '26, and you never turned up!

Another message received, that it would arrive on Friday 19th Feb....... I do not know if that turned up, as I had to leave Cornwall at approx 1pm to travel home to Gloucestershire........I still have no idea because you have't bothered to inform me it has even been delivered!!

We have been customers of Blue Flame for many years and are never disappointed with the service we receive. This time was no exception. Very polite and nice engineer who attended to our annual boiler service. All aspects dealt with in an efficient way.

Whatever my query I always have a friendly and helpful conversation with a member of staff and the standard of workmanship is consistently very good. Of some importance to us is the fact that if we have a serious problem, e.g. no heating, it has always been dealt with on the same day. We are really pleased with the service.

Persistent electrical interruption during Storm Goretti took out our ground source heat pump, which serves three properties. Whilst Blue Flame responded promptly, tracing the fault was a process of elimination that lasted three weeks, delayed partly by the time required to acquire the necessary parts from the manufacturer. After six visits, it's now working perfectly again. As this was the first fault in five years and was fixed under guarantee, my only criticism is the delays caused by the manufacturer's supply chain.

The engineer was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and gave a thorough service to our heat pump heating system.

Your engineer was prompt and efficient and it was lovely to catch up with him as he had preeviously attended the address to sort repairs.

I can't fault this company. Although dearer than some, the staff at the end of the telephone are always polite and helpful. The engineers are polite and considerate and get straight down to the job in hand. As a customer you are reminded of an appointment in advance and kept informed re arrival times .

We were very concerned about lack of heating. You put our minds at rest and did the repair. Your engineer was not happy with the valve motor and came back to replace the whole unit.
