Great benefit to have works the majority of the time but occasionally you order a gift card and it denies you access to the card when you are stood at the till . Not helpful .

Disappointed
Used blue light card to book my loveholidays holiday as it offered 50.00 off until Dec 2026. Went through blue lights app. Stated to copy code and insert at payment page. Nowhere on site to add discount code. Very disappointed. Contacted blue lights via email. Got reply thanking me for letting them know but a different dept deals with partnership. No further contact as yet.
