Speedy resolution
After an initial issue when I first applied for a blue light card which mistakenly said I was ineligible for the scheme, Thierry one of the Blue Light support team was able to look again into the matter and was able to confirm that I was eligible. He kept me informed of the process and resolved the issue promptly and politely. Thank you for your help 😀

Blue Light Card NFL Tickets
Didn't win in the original ballot but was lucky enough to get 4 tickets on the cancellation list and what a day we had!
The seats were amazing with a great view of the action and the game had a bit of everything with a last min field goal for the win.
Tickets came with plenty of time and the whole process was straight forward and will definitely be entering more ballots in the future!

Quick and helpful customer service
The help I got from customer support was prompt and easy to follow. My account had been suspended following a failed application some years ago (retired school workers were not accepted at that time). Paulina unlocked my account, verified my documents and explained how to complete the application. I now have a blue light card😀 The whole process was completed within a day! Very impressed!

Difficulty changing email address
Due to the imminent migration to another email service, I wanted to change my provider.
My current provider were having issues that made it difficult to achieve!

Found getting the code not bad bit very difficult to cpy it to the site I had ordered from. Even my daughter who's computer savvy found it difficult and had to pay the full price of the item.Very disappointed 😞
