Very helpful and resolved issue. Prompt response when reported issue. Only gave 4 stars as would have been better if I could have changed my details online rather than having to contact BlueLightCard to change. Grace gave very detailed instructions on how to resolve which I was able to follow

So pleased when blue light card was made available to teachers. I use the app to check discount codes with all retailers before I buy anything online. The small savings add up! Today I had an issue with my account and after emailing in for help, Ava responded within the hour and got everything sorted soon after. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

I have only had a Blue Light card for a couple of months but have already recouped the cost of the card many times over. I wish I'd got one years ago. I recently had a problem (of my making) with the Blue Light App. I contacted their Customer Services and had a quick response from "Grace" who resolved the issue within 48 hours. Absolutely outstanding service!

My initial interaction with blue light usage was extremely frustrating . I reached out via email , my issues were complex and difficult to explain . Speaking to a human being would have been far more efficient . However I eventually got an email response from Grace who constantly kept in touch and eventually resolved my problem . Big shout out to Grace !!!!

I am so annoyed and disappointed in BlueLight.
I followed the link for car insurance and the offer was for a £45 gift voucher.
Subsequently I purchased an annual policy and paid the full amount, just under £500.
There has been no mention of the £45 voucher. I contacted Support by email and thrre was a receipt of this message.
No further contact from them.

After going through a list of options and waits a polite rep told me that "we stopped providing support for Bluelight six months ago but keep getting calls".
As well as wasting my time I am now out of pocket as it was the offer of £45 that made this cost effective.

Having to order some vouchers to use in the apple store they where very quick sending me the vouchers and easy to use them on the apple store

I would use blue light card again as it does save you money

Tom who worked for their customer service department was absolutely superb and could not have been more helpful in assisting me extremely promptly, with all the queries I had, then also in enabling me to renew my Blue Light Card.

The Blue Light Card, really is a fantastic reward for all the hours of relentless hard work for all it's employees to benefit from.

Recently made an application for a Blue Light Card ( I met the necessary conditions). The process was straightforward,However I encountered an issue in getting my documents recognised for approval. I always believe the measure of an organisation is how well they handle problems. I must say that the level of engagement to resolve was excellent. Everything now sorted and approved.

Renewed again using "secure" portal. Tried to buy a Currys shopping card, then account suspended due to suspicious activity. Contacted via the help link as no phone number. Took over a week to respond. I was requested to reset my password via app. When I did get a response, I was asked to send ID again via standard email. When I told them this is not a secure method and requested a secure means to send ID, similar to when you apply, I was told they dont have a secure portal! So does this mean the registration portal is not secure for personal data transfer?
Then sent a complaint via the forms feedback and heard nothing since! They seem happy to take the money to have a card, yet do nothing to resolve the issues after they suspend the account, when trying to purchase shopping vouchers, on the app you verify to use. Massive personal data risk!

Customer Service Blue Light card

I applied for a blue light card and somehow messed up the online application process..... I know.
I managed to contact the helpline and luckily a member of staff called Grace looked into the problems I was having; within a week Grace had dealt with the issues, kept me up to date with her progress and was basically kind, helpful and professional!

Just love the amount of savings I make with my Blue Light Card. Use it in many shops frequently. The gift cards save me a small fortune annually

Absolute Rubbish!!!! Half the codes don't work!!! And tonight tried to purchase a Currys shopping card that would've saved me £100, however it wouldn't allow me to buy it. Then got an email saying my activity wasn't to their liking or their terms and my account had been blocked!! So I can't use it for what it's supposed to be used for???? Waste of time, will be getting rid of the app and card, only thing its good for is saving around 40p at Star Bucks!!!!

The discounts on blue light are a great help in this bad financial climite
