I didn’t complete the registration. And I cannot get rid of them. Constant emails. Partially completing a form and closing it down does not give you carte Blanche to harass me.
And no I will not give you my phone number. Constant emails are bad enough, I don’t want phone calls to start. 🙄

Great experience, got £60 off a Jet2 holiday. Also use it for buying shopping cards for Primark and Morrisons. Always check before you buy anything, especially online! Also worth a cheeky ask at venues, some not advertised also do discounts.

Tracy very promptly and efficiently looked into the issue I was having with my Blue Light card which had been preventing me from using it fully. I was delighted when she was able to resolve it.

Clover helped me when the app wouldn’t let me renew my account. My email, my id card, nothing would work. But I sent Clover the information and she quickly sorted it out for me.

Lost my card and tried to put a temp block on it but it cancelled it completely. Then found the card (it was handed in by a kind person) which is when I found out the card had been cancelled. It took a couple of messages to Blue Light to get a response but when they did it was super efficient and my card was reinstated after a final security check.
As for the card itself, I’ve only used it a couple of times but the choice of varying options, not just shopping or restaurants is extensive.

I used the code to book The Black Swan Hotel in Helmsley for an overnight stay next week. I followed instructions, but unfortunately did not receive the discount and paid the full amount.

Blue light usually works fairly well ,but sometimes you can’t get anymore offers., as they say you possibly reached a limit .but it’s a good card ,it can be difficult when you come to renew the card and getting a new card was more difficult than I thought .but it’s very useful .

We visited Wagamama In Victoria. The blue card was so easy to use to get the 20% discount. Getting a reduction in the bill was so good, we really enjoyed our outing

Easy to use app. Very good discounts across the board. I just wish the cinema discounts were more simple to use... along with B and Q etcas topping up cards is more difficult to navigate. Overall, very happy with the app and service. Thank you

Had this card a while and it’s easy to use and great discounts, great at Christmas for discounts , just bought Ghds for my daughter and got 20% off which was a great help

Following an email I'd sent to ask to change my name to my married name as I'd been unable to gain access to the app site due to now having a different work email address.

Sakira, who has been answering my emails has been extremely helpful and has made the process so much simpler than I anticipated it to be.

I had an issue logging into my account. A Bluelight team was very helpful and resolved the issue.

I have had good support from Paulina and her colleagues when I have had queries regarding the application process, ID needed, and card.
She has replied promptly, and been very polite professional, and helpful.
All of my queries have been answered.

Never had any issues with any purchase made through Bluelight card. Never had any reason to contact customer service, website self explanatory and easy to navigate.
