Absolutely dreadful company to deal with ! Bought a useless electric heater which I want to return and they are ignoring me ! Eight messages later still nothing ! Trying to return a useless item. So far I have emailed three times and raised a ticket on their website. So far Im being ignored. I should have read the reviews first..silly me. I think all the comments on facebook that rave about this particular item are from false profiles. What a con.

If I could make it a minus on stars then I would emailed company twice with no response , worst company I have ever dealt with. Happy to take your money but as soon as you ask for a refund they totally ignore your emails , there is no information on there website or telephone number

No customer service at all
No customer service at all . Like most of the other reviews, I ordered, the items which took a month to arrive. They arrived damaged, no response via email, FB or instagram. I wish I’d checked the reviews before ordering as I wouldn’t have continued with the purchase.

Abandon hope all Ye who order from this shower of shysters. If like me you are foolish enough to order from them you will be directed to an app called ‘Shop’ to try and track the order you placed with them who are only willing to help you if you give them free rein with your e-mail account. The only other help is a link back to Bluesunset-uk who ignore your message for a week and then ask you to wait a few days on and overdue order.
Then when you enquire again after this date you want another week for a response which asks you to wait for another week.thought because it had .co.uk in the address line I was dealing with a uk company, how wrong I was.

BlueSunset aren't interested in replying to a simple request, of me just asking for an address to where i am to return an unwanted item. I have emailed them several times with no response! The email they give is not valid, but an alternative is given when i click on the "supposedly" genuine one! However, they are completely ignoring my emails!
