Absolutely awful service, placed an order on the 8th December, still not received! I have emailed numerous times, without a response. Do not order from this company, they should be investigated.

DISGUSTING! Ordered and paid for christmas present on 13/12. Have emailed numerous times for ETA. No response from company and no product. They need to be investigated as a fraudulent business!

Placed a order 16th December checked status still says order place I have sent 3 emails to find out what's going on no reply will never use again contacting bank for refund

Ordered a game beginning of December still has not arrived. Contacted company. A reply arrived from Michael telling me to be patient! Ordered on the 6th December

Will never buy from this company again. I bought the small heater. It blew up in my face and shorted out all my electrics and they don't even reply to my emails

What went wrong is I am still waiting for gifts purchased on 5 December. I've been told they have been 'shipped' but they have not yet arrived. This was Christmas gifts for grandchildren so it is very disappointing.
Why oh why don't I read reviews before I purchase what looks like lovely goods from what looks like legitimate companies.
So so disappointing.

Never reply to emails. No goods received.
Would never recommend this company to anyone.
Heater finally arrived and it's useless. It wouldn't heat a dolls house nevermind a room.
There is no return address given and they have not replied to any emails.

After receiving this item late. And have tried it. Not impressed at all. And are not answering my emails. I want to send it back and get a refund. I wish I hadn’t done it.

Beware! There's something very iffy with this so-called company.

If waiting over a month for my delivery that's still not here, isn't bad enough.
Being prompted to install some intrusive malware on your phone to track orders is the pits even for these rogues.
They say they're UK, but it's probably somewhere in China where the goods are coming from with a very cheap postal service It's likely the UK end is just getting orders through deception and farming the orders out to them, claiming the £5.50 postal charge they wack on. Money for old rope, as they say!

They never e-mailed me as per terms and refuse to answer my e-mails.

I can now confirm 100% through PayPal that this company is run from China and misrepresenting itself to the UK.

Received this product yesterday weeks after ordering, in a very battered state. Like many others, I wish I had read reviews! This product is not fit for purpose. I was hoping, in these difficult times, to be able to heat some rooms without turning my central heating on...not a chance! I could breathe warmer air out than this heater produces! Would love a refund but I guess that won't happen, as they are not easy to contact.
Avoid wasting your hard earned money.

Rubbish! Don’t go anywhere near this company! They sell broken junk! No customer service whatsoever! Three emails, contacted website and Facebook. No response.

They take your money and that’s it!

Wish I had checked here first. Tried to order an item useing PayPal however after the payment screen they went on to add postage. Strange! Then Pay Pal alerted me that a new device had accessed my account from London. Nothing seems to have been taken & I have changed password & removed the device. Will keep checking for the next few days.

Order from them in November, no goods supplied. Checked out the tracking number with carrier no such number exists.emailed and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have not brought one but started to order two and got as far as payment details then thought wait a minute is it a scam or something so I didn't place my order and decided to check them out hence being on here so pleased I did and after reading the comments I decided to forget them

Ordered 2 heaters only one arrived. They offered 60% refund and asked me to pay and reorder the second. As if !!! Refused requested they send the second or refund. They are now not responding. Trading Standards getting informed. The goods come from China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I’m still waiting for my order which I placed 2 week ago! Iv emailed them twice and got nothing back. I’m waiting till end of week then I’m getting in touch with PayPal to make a claim for my money back. So disappointed as these were for a Xmas present for my granddaughters! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! 👎

Well I am glad I came here first to read the reviews, I will not be purchasing the 4 heaters I had planned to get especially with such bad reviews. I am leaving this message here so that Bluesunset knows that there are people out here who read reviews and reviews matter. Please improve your service.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. It's two weeks since ordering and have heard NOTHING - sent a mail to their customer mail address five days ago and again NOTHING - so an update to this review and hence why we've moved the rating from 1 star to 3 stars - we actually received the products we ordered this pm and actually we're pretty pleased with the quality and hence the update - everything else though still stands in terms of very poor customer service; taking over two weeks to receive our product which clearly isn't good etc etc
