Excellent after sale service (more than eight years after the original hot tub was purchased). We were treated as if we were a new customer. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this company and particularly James and the gentleman who delivered the replacement hot tub lid highly enough. We will definitely re-purchase from blue whale spa in the future.

From the first contact with Blue Whale Spa, through to after sales care, Andrew Brunton has been extremely helpful all the way through. Great hot tub - we ordered the Beacon Cove 4. All instructions for preparing and approving the location were very clear. Delivery and installation was very smooth and delivery team were very helpful and knowledgeable. Really impressed with this hot tub. The 85 jets are powerful and well placed, giving a proper massage experience, and each seat feels different which is a nice touch.
The delivery and installation were excellent—Craig and Edmore were friendly, professional, and made everything really easy. They took the time to explain how it all works, which was much appreciated. Big thanks as well to Scott Lowton for all the help.
The LED lights, waterfall, and Bluetooth speakers are a great bonus, especially in the evenings. Comfortably fits 4–5 people and heats up well.

Was nervous about ordering online at first but I received emails from ordering until delivery with lots of advice videos and leaflets.

Went into the showroom and was greated by Andrew Brunton, who was helpful and was happy to answer all of our questions about the chemicals for our hot tub! His customer service makes Blue Way Spa a place I would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be returning!

From order to installation of our hot tub has been so smooth and special thanks has to go to Fiona that looked after us and informed us of progress to the day of delivery.
On the day of install nothing was an issue to the team, even in torrential rain that we had on the day the guys never stopped until it was complete.

The whole process has been faultless and we are so appreciative to everyone involved at Blue Whale Spa. Fiona was really helpful to start with, Andrew not only called to arrange a delivery date, but also sent us a variety of videos (which have been absolutely invaluable! And we would recommend anyone setting up their hot tub to watch them) and Zen and Matt were fantastic too.

Fiona was our salesperson and she was very helpful answering our questions and helping us decide between 2 of the tubs.
Trymore and Edmore delivered and installed our tub, they checked on where I wanted it before they unloaded and talked me through all the important stuff very thoroughly before they left.

Ordered Duke Stream II from BlueWhale Spa and everything from advice on the right hot tub through to ordering and delivery was 5 star. The delivery guys (Sorin and Martin) were friendly and positioned the tub exactly where i wanted it. They removed the packaging and made sure the area was tidy. Fiona continued to support and ensured that everything was OK, and the documentation and "how to guides" meant that I was fully informed on what to do. If you need installation, make sure you request it as the standard is delivery and positioning not installation. Well done guys
