Premier Hot Tubs Reviews

I wasn’t too sure at first but what a fantastic experience I have had with Premier Hot Tubs. From the very first phone call I was made very welcome and Karen was so helpful through the whole process. The couple that delivered the tub were fantastic and the aftercare I have received has been spot on. I would and I have already recommended Premier to friends and family.

Thanks again

The hot tub was delivered and located with minimal fuss. Once the chemical procedure was understood, all is working perfectly. I did have some difficulty connecting my wifi to the tub but Karen patiently guided me through the method of connecting and now it works great. A really great addition to my garden.

We purchased our hot tub from Premier Hot Tubs back in April and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

They’re a small, family-run business, and the personal service really shows. They were more than happy to keep hold of our hot tub for us while we completed our landscaping work, which took a lot of the pressure off.

Before delivery, they requested very detailed information about the side access to our garden and made sure everything was properly planned in advance. The hot tub was then delivered exactly when expected, with everything handled in a very professional and efficient manner.

When it came to installation, they also went above and beyond. They immediately realised that the lift we had ordered wasn’t going to be suitable, and rather than leave us with a problem, they arranged for the correct lift to be sent out on nextday delivery. This really demonstrated their commitment to getting everything right and making sure we were looked after.

We’ve been really impressed with both the hot tub and the service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and the communication and attention to detail were excellent.

We would highly recommend Premier Hot Tubs to anyone looking for a hot tub and would definitely use them again in the future.

Thank you to the team at Premier Hot Tubs for making the whole process so easy.

Ordered a 7 Seater TV hot tub from Premier Hot Tubs. The purchase was smooth and delivered earlier than scheduled. It was very tough to get to the garden, but the guys did all they could to ensure successful delivery. No issues at all with the hot tub, and I will highly recommend.

Excellent service and fantastic hot tub. The whole ordering process and delivery went very smoothly. Hot tub being enjoyed by all the family. Would highly recommend Premier Hot Tubs.

Delivered promptly, by very helpful staff, and the office was always keen to answer any questions that we had.

The hot tub has been an excellent addition to our home and a lovely way of cooling off over the summer days

It would have been good if the delivery team had spent a bit of time showing how the tub works and supplied a manual rather than having to download everything and also ensured that that there was enough space around the hottub to fit the cover holder which we had ordered with the hottub.

Outstanding quality, and very affordable price!!!!!
Fantastic service from when I placed my order till it was delivered!!!!! Brilliant after sale care!!!!! Would definitely recommend!!!!!!

Bought a hot tub in June 2026 which is fantastic. The staff of Premier hot tubs were friendly, knowledgeable and made the ordering and delivery very easy and straightforward. I live in a terraced house so we were going back and forth with measurements to make sure it would fit down the passage to the rear of the property which was very thorough. There was no hassle, it only just fit but it made it through. The lads very very professional and got it through, up onto the patio and unwrapped. Fantastic experience form start to finish. Thanks Premier 👍

Super-fast delivery and straightforward to set up. The only part we found a little tricky was installing the cover lifter, so if an installation service were available, we would definitely have chosen that option. Aside from that, everything was easy enough to assemble.

The company is incredibly responsive by email, friendly to deal with, and clearly very knowledgeable. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had. Excellent customer service from start to finish – highly recommended!

We chose this hot tub because it looked the best and it stated 7 days delivery. Unfortunately as soon as we ordered and paid, the delivery was advised as 4 weeks time. Whilst I understand things happen out of business control, I did think the website was misleading and should have been updated to reflect the reality of the delivery period.
The delivery itself was smooth and very carefully placed.
We love the hot tub, it's very well made

Really good value product and great customer service from start to finish

Excellent service from inital contact to installation. The phone calls and emails were allways answered quickly. Great service.
The hot tub is fabulous and easy to maintain. If you have room in your garden get one! We use ours daily and it helps us to unwind after a busy day or plan a day with a cuppa in the morning!

We wanted a large hot tub which could seat up to 8 people comfortably and had a lot of different jets and functions. After a lot of research, we found that Premier's St Lucia with a SMART TV pretty much met all of our requirements and came as a package with steps, cover, cover lifter and starter chemical kit at a good price. The sales staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all the questions we had promptly and fully. Once we placed the order, the customer support staff kept in close touch with us in coordinating delivery with our builders construction of the base and other associated works and ensuring that kerbside delivery could be made through removal of street side fence panels and hauling the tub across the garden to the base. After installation a corner cabinet panel was found to be cracked and a replacement was sent to us within 48 hours. Overall we are very pleased with our hot tub and the service we received from Premier Hot Tubs and we would highly recommend them.

I don’t often write reviews, but Karen and Joe at Premier Hot Tubs thoroughly deserve one.

I needed a replacement LX Hydromassage WP300-II pump for my hot tub and had spent days contacting suppliers, comparing quotations and trying to source the correct part. From my very first enquiry, Karen was exceptional. She was friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and kept me fully informed throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made what could have been a frustrating experience remarkably straightforward.

Joe also went above and beyond, ensuring that the correct pump was sourced at an excellent price and arranged for immediate dispatch. Thanks to their efforts, I received exactly the right pump, significantly cheaper than the quotation from my original supplier, and with delivery arranged for the very next working day.

What impressed me most was that there was never any sales pressure—just honest, knowledgeable advice and a genuine desire to help. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare and deserves to be recognised.

If you’re looking for a company that combines competitive prices with outstanding customer care, I would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Hot Tubs. Karen and Joe are a real credit to the business.

Thank you both for your professionalism, efficiency and first-class service. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you.
