Premier Hot Tubs Reviews

I’ve recently purchased a new hot tub from premier hot tubs. This is my second tub from these guys. My original tub was still in great condition and working perfectly but due to a garden makeover we decided to sell this one on and purchase a new tub with a different layout (St Lucia) Amazing to deal with and reply to any technical questions very quickly.
Would highly recommend.

From initial contact, Karen ran through process and delivery etc and comms were great throughout. I had a particular delivery conundrum in that we had to come via my neighbours garden into mine. Rick who was their delivery guy was fantastic and got over any hurdles with little fuss. I would recommend Premier Hot Tubs for cost, quality and excellent support throughout. Well done and thanks to the Premier team.

We got a Grand Bahama 10 seater delivered from Premier Hot Tubs and from start to finish the company was very professional. We had a slight issue at the end, but they reacted to it immediately and it was resolved very quickly, showing great customer service. Great products and great care & attention from them.

Great company to deal with who made the whole process from selection and purchase to installation simple and effective. The hot tub we bought was amazing and as we also bought extras including the coverlifter, we were completely set up from day one. Great choice on the website and the delivery team were amazingly helpful. They were undoubtedly the best value for money and we couldn’t fault anything.

After reviewing many companies, I chose to go with Premier Hot Tubs and cannot fault them, sales process was easy, reasonably priced and myself and the family are loving the hot tub a month in. The addition of a built in TV is such a unique and amazing addition. Delivery was fast and easy, post sales support has also been great, very responsive . Highly recommend.

Buying from premier hot tubs was really easy.
From start to finish they answer all your queries. The gentleman that delivered the hot tub couldn’t have been more helpful he set it up give me a quick run through of the operation of the tub then was off all done and finished within the hour.
All I can say is was a pleasurable experience buying from them. And the price was great in the sale.

From ordering to delivery, the whole experience has been beyond our expectations. Now we have the hot tub set up, it maintains itself, we are using it at least 4 times a week. To sit out under the stars is breathtakingly beautiful. A totally relaxing experience listening to music through the speakers. And breathe……

Had the tub a month and loving it!

We bought the Bali 2/3 seater hot tub from Premier Hot Tubs as we decided to upgrade having previously has an inflatable one. The price was pretty reasonable even with delivery and the whole experience was easy and professional. Delivery was very quick and hassle free and we were very impressed when we unwrapped the hot tub with the quality. It’s so far been in daily use and we absolutely love it. Would certainly recommend Premier Hot Tubs based on our experience.

I recently purchased a hot tub from Premier Hot Tubs, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I placed my order, their customer service team was exceptional. They kept me informed every step of the way, providing updates on my order status and delivery timeline, which really put my mind at ease.

Fantastic Service from Premier Hot Tubs Norwich

I recently purchased a hot tub from Premier Hot Tubs in Norwich and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely first class. Karen on the phone was especially helpful—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, I needed to change the date of delivery and she was more than happy to help with that.

The team was professional, everything was delivered on time, and the quality of the hot tub is excellent. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

I cannot fault the whole process with this company, from purchasing to delivery! extremely helpfull!

Buying a hot tub online felt a bit like online dating — you never quite know what you’re going to get. But from the first message, these guys swept us off our (soon-to-be-soaked) feet!

They even introduced us to a lovely previous customer who showed us their tub in real life – like a hot tub blind date, and it was love at first soak. It was so reassuring to see one in action before buying, and it gave us total confidence.

Delivery was smooth, installation was stress-free (we didn’t even argue once, which is rare for a couple during any home improvement), and the aftercare has been brilliant. They’re genuinely lovely people who answer questions faster than we can pour a glass of wine and climb in to relax.

Our hot tub is now our pride and joy – our bubbly, steamy sanctuary. Honestly, we don’t know how we ever lived without it. If you’re on the fence, get off it — and into the tub. Best decision ever!
