Premier Hot Tubs Reviews

Really can't fault Premier Hot Tubs. Value for money was good, delivery speed and experience really good. The advice upon delivery was excellent. So far, so good!

Very fast, friendly and the hot tub is fantastic - would definitely use them again

Great price. Great product. Helpful staff in getting usual extras.
Slight negative - cover lifting mechanism could have better instructions.

Great product, great prices, great service!

Did a lot of research into this and this company came out on the top. Brought a great hot tub with a tv from this company. It was competitively priced. They turned up when they said they would do, they were careful, polite and caring and very professional and I can't rate them high enough.
Thank you

Kind regards

Extremely helpful company that went the extra mile to assist us - especially on a rather tricky delivery.

Had a great experience with Premier Hot Tubs. I was helped numerous times during the process with any questions I had before I ordered. Ordering was simple and delivery was expertly managed by Rick and Karen. They came prepared and made a challenging install look very straightforward! They even helped me work out the best lifter based on the space I had available, and have answered questions post-install. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent communication. Easy to deal with. Everything simple with regards to delivery/set up/maintenance.
Hot tub was priced considerably lower than the same tub from other suppliers. Very pleased.

Premier Hot Tubs have been excellent from start to finish. From the moment I placed my order, they kept me fully informed about the progress and expected delivery of my hot tub. The installation took place at the end of November 2025, and the team arrived exactly when they said they would.

The installation itself was quick, safe, and very efficient. They also provided clear documentation on caring for the hot tub and guidance on installing the WiFi module, which I was able to set up afterwards without any issues.

We’re absolutely loving the hot tub and are pleasantly surprised to find it more economical to run than we expected. Overall, a smooth, professional experience and a company I’m very happy to recommend.

At the start of November we decided to order a hot tub for Christmas. Premier seemed to have a good choice at very reasonable prices so we contacted them to discuss. We decided on a Barbados has it had 2 lounge areas. They gave helpful advice especially around the access to our property. Initially due to a tight corner we were advised that we would need a crane lift but Rick kindly reviewed our situation & suggested that if we were able to remove some gates & one bollard they should be able to access our garden. The hot tub was ordered & delivered by 2 helpful chaps at the start of December. Unfortunately the next day when looking to set up we found the electrical cable was missing. We contacted Premier & they were very apologetic & sent an urgent delivery the next day. It has been set up & is working well. We have loved using it with family over Christmas & the New Year. We are very pleased with our hot tub & would recommend the helpful team at Premier Hot Tubs.

From buying the tub until delivery, everything went smoothly with lots of useful support and documentation to assist with set up etc.

Karen was excellent throughout the whole process and kept me fully updated from start to finish. The delivery team were fantastic, helpful and polite. The TV was a really nice touch.

I’d definitely recommend this company.
