Not as good as usual.
I have made many book using Blurb. All bar one has been very good (those problems were resolved with a second printing).

This printing is unusually dull and I can see the "dots".

I ordered two photo books. Delayed delivery via FedEx but arrived just a few days later than expected. Unfortunately one book was badly scratched on the cover. It would have been good if this had been spotted in quality checks but I cannot fault their response. Within minutes of reporting the issue with a photograph a new copy had been ordered for me. Very pleased with the product itself. Great quality and a lovely memento.

They reviewed the content and said it was fine, then i ordered several copies after a week they cancelled my order with no reason why... A week later i am still waiting for the refund... do not use this company, they are overpriced and unreliable.

Quite happy with the book, but very late delivery meant that the presentation of the book was not received when needed.
I appreciate that current circumstances with distribution is a problem, but to spend a whole week in transit in Paris spoilt the presentation this end of the chain.

This was my first go at making a photo book. It took me a while to work out how to format and manipulate my images but once I’d got the hang of it I found it very versatile.
I’m absolutely thrilled with the results and I’m already working on my next year book!
Well worth taking the time.
Quality of colour and paper is excellent

Awful quality on the magazines and £20 shipping

Was easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. However would have wished for the quality of the magazine paper to be a bit thicker and to be wrapped in the package.

As always, a lovely book..looks totally professional and the coloursare exactly the same as my original photos. I now have about 14 books from Blurb and with each one I learn how to improve, to make the next even better. There are certain issues with Bookwright that are fiddly .. famiiarality helps!

I am very pleased with Blurb but was worriied last week that my books wouldn't arrive due to problems with transport and shipping in France. However they eventually arrived which was a relief because I would have been lost without them.

My mother wrote 60,000 words about her life. She is now 89 years old and wanted to produce an illustrated book containing many of her favourite photos. She is delighted with the quality of the book and the service received.

A quality product. Excellent choice of paper and the printing is of the highest quality...even if the photograph quality is not good. There is a choice of templates but it is a pity there are no multi generation family trees.
Blurb is user friendly, printing is speedy and the end product is well packaged and delivered with speed..

For some reason the delivery date had to be revised when I had scheduled to be home for the original delivery date.
I'm tempted now to reuce the score because even though you asked ME to submit feedback, I can't without agreeing to Ts&Cs!

Best program for creating your own book.
I have used Blurb now for many years and will continue to do so.

The photobooks are great, the courier service used (FedEx) not so good if choosing the standard delivery charge, my package arrived a week after its initial expected delivery date. So, if ordering with a deadline in mind do leave plenty of time for delivery.

My first trade books were delivered promptly. This type of book is not really suitable for B&W photos but, as an experiment, was well worth a try.

Delivery was delayed three days without any information. I can accept a delay but not getting information is not acceptable.

As ever, another top quality book back from Blurb and earlier than forecast.
