Extremely helpful with enquiries fast with replying to important certification and delivery is perfect

I am so impressed with BMD Archives and their service delivery.
I am getting married again in April and as I could not find my Decree Absolute I contacted BMD for help with this.
It usually takes 6 weeks to get sorted however, when I explained the deadline to BMD they assured me that they would move heaven and earth to get it ASAP - and they delivered!!
Brilliant customer service - they sent several messages to keep me updated and I will be receiving an official Decree in a week - a fortnight after I first contacted them.
I wish other companies listened to their clients and delivered such exceptional service!!

I was trying to secure my grandfather‘s birth certificate. As I Live in the United States I was expecting a cumbersome process and a difficult website. I was pleasantly surprised it was quite easy to do. Wish it wasn’t so expensive but still very pleased with the whole process. I cannot rate BMD Archives highly enough.
During a recent family bereavement, I urgently required a copy of a document. The team pulled out all the stops to ensure I received the document in good time. My family and I will always be eternally grateful to them for the caring way they dealt with our request.

I needed to get both my birth certificate and an apostille quickly when my father unfortunately passed away in Spain and I wasn’t living in UK, working overseas as an expat. BMD quickly arranged both for me, sent a soft copy and couriered the originals. A big help and relief in a stressful time when dealing with a death abroad and inheritance.

This commercial company does its best to look like an official government agency. It is not and it is far cheaper to use the relevant Government website.
