Dreadful company: expensive, legalised document can be obtained from local register for a 1/3 price. The phones are not answered. Email responses read as if AI.

I ordered two certificates. I wasn't sure if I could because I didn't have exact information. The people at BMD are so helpful! Sorted it out in no time. Certificates arrived (signed for) really rapidly. Great personal service. Totally not what you expect these days! Even followed up with a phone calls to make sure everything was good.

Happy with the service (Decree Absolute + Appostile); it took some weeks, but I was kept informed of the progress and timings. My only criticism is that I wasn't informed beforehand about the courier delivery, so the first attempt was a miss. However, the next day re-delivery was successful. BMD called and emailed to ensure the document was received.
