An absolutely wonderful experience.
My request was handled respectfully, promptly, professionally and with care.
The document I was seeking was over 40 years old and within ONE week, yes ONE week from request I held the document in my "Hot little mitt" all the way from Hayes Middlesex UK to Nova Scotia Canada.

Incredibly quick service. 48 hours to receive a birth certificate!

From the first moment of contact with bmd archives they have been nothing but helpful. Thanks to them I have finally found the records for my long lost grandad and I will be forever grateful for that.

Check out, the type of documents you need before ordering. In my case, had to be legalised etc.

But yeah, works fine.

The customer facing service was very good, I would rate it at 5*.
However the time taken to supply the document was overly long considering that I supplied all the necessary information and charging £67 delivery when the actual postage was only £8.50 I thought was excessive.

Applied for my document and received it within 2 days. A very prompt and efficient service along with constant updates as to its progress.
I would highly recommend. 👍

I had a bit of difficulty in paying by my credit card . So contacted the help telephone line on +44 20 4538 8818 .
The gentleman was extremely helpful and applied for the documents on my behalf, also took my payment by credit card .
This was Thursday pm and my documents arrived on Saturday before 1 pm !!

Highly recommend to reach to them to get your birth certificate quickly. I needed for passport application in 2 days. They made it happen and delivered on time with constant email updates. Go with them and sort it out.

I contacted BMD archives in order to obtain a number of family certificates - birth, marriage, divorce and death - needed for an application to the French authorities. BMD responded rapidly and efficiently, and shipped the certificates to me extremely quickly. Obviously this service has a cost, but it seemed good value to me. I would certainly recommend this service.

Hire them to get your decree document quickly. They got my 40 year old record in just 10 days. Super service by the team.
