Excellent service. For what I needed it was super quick but I had also left myself a lot of time! What was great is the genuine care they had for the service they provide and the personable nature of the communication which itself was super clear and timely. Good stuff team!

The requested documentation was sent via email and also via post abroad, the timing was within what was announced. The only thing was the postage fees quite high but otherwise everything was great.

I needed a copy of ny divorce certificate from 15 years ago. My local court never responded to the query of getting a copy. BMD Archives just got on with, a little pricey but time frame was good for me. Thank you!

These people were amazing! In this day when people seem satisfied in doing the bare minimum, this company gave me personal attention to provide me with my grandparents marriage certificate in record time. They were married on 1904 so you can imagine my surprise when I received my certificate in under 2 weeks. I wrote to them soon after sending them my order as I thought I had made a mistake. I received an email that day! I wish every company could give service like this!

From ordering the birth certificate to receiving it half way around the world took only 14 days.
It was not cheap and postage at £65 seems excessive but overall I am ok with the service.

Absolutely stellar service from BMD Archives! They needed to do some complicated research to find a document from 1952, but they found it.

Very good communication throughout. Only criticism I have is the document request was a bit spendy.
