Where do I start! Her name is Sally James and I know I was the lucky one to have her respond to my email. I am in the US trying to get my husband London's birth certificate so that my son can get a UK passport. I hit the Jackpot. Sally was so incredibly helpful with her advice. She made sure she found the birth certificate and had it shipped to the Passport office, so I didn't have to pay double to have it shipped to the US and then back to the UK. Give her a raise!! Sally James is a delight to work with. I wish everyone was as helpful and sweet as her.

Having loaned a copy of "Iris Grace" from a friend I knew I must have a copy to keep. Searching the Internet I found Awesome books and immediately purchased a secondhand copy at a very low price which I received today. The book was well packaged and the condition almost new.

Fast and reliable

I am an American and had been searching for my Irish born Grandfather's birth certificate for over 20 years. I had never known my Grandfather and had very limited knowledge of his birth - only that he was born in the County of Armagh Ireland in the late 1890s. I put my order in on a Monday and had an electronic copy of my Grandfather's birth certificate in my email by that Thursday! I'm completely over the moon with the service BMD Archives provided!!! I cannot recommend BMD any higher. Special "Thank You" to Sally for her outstanding professionalism and kindness.
