Sally James was amazing! She kept me upto date with the whole process, I genuinely felt like she cared regarding my concerns and urgency and actively action accordingly to expedite the process! Don't use this service I paid for a 24 hour turn round it's still underview 24 hours later and don't ring you back

Even though I was at home when DPD came to deliver my birth certificate, they said they had tried twice. You advised me that they were threatening to return it to BMD. I contacted yourselves to ask if it could be resolved. You sent me a link to try and book a delivery and I did this. I sent a screenshot to yourselves and you confirmed a redelivery had been booked successfully. The certificate was delivered on Friday and I messaged yourselves to advise I got it safe and sound. I was really pleased about the level of care that I received from yourselves and every message you reassured me, that if it isn’t delivered as arranged you will sort it out for me. I felt like you really cared about me and the situation I was in.

There website seems to offer a fast service which is expensive but in reality its not fast. In fact they charge you for a fast review not a fast service, total ripoff
