Wow! Thank you Colin and his team! Can’t thank you guys enough! I’ve been super interested in Airbnb arbitrage for a while, plus I’ve been wanting to get my E2 visa. I wasn’t sure yet where I’d move, but I knew I wanted to start the process now so I’d have the option later.

I joined on June 9th with the done-for-you package because time is money. I needed to know ASAP if this “Airbnb thing” would work. Within about a week and a half to two weeks, my corporation, EIN, and all the business setup was done.

By July 1st, Colin found me a 2-bedroom unit in Austin, Texas. I signed the lease, and the team immediately started designing, ordering furniture, and setting everything up. It all happened so fast. Honestly, the whole process felt like it took just two weeks!

I listed the unit on Airbnb on August 5th, it got approved on August 6th, and I had my first last-minute booking for August 7th. Not even 24 hours later! So far, I’m booked 18 days in August.
