I can’t say enough great things about Charlie Oxford! Working with him through BNB Academy has been an incredible experience, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better mentor.

From day one, Charlie has been extremely hands-on, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my success. He doesn’t just give you advice and send you on your way. We are at the end of our 38th day as students in the academy and are officially UNDER CONTRACT! This program is set up with so many resources and support at every level: the community, small groups, and individually.

It is a program with results based on the effort you put into it - you get out what you put in.

Our CSM Ashley has been instrumental in our success so far. She is a wealth of knowledge, a lighter when we needed the fire lit, and pushed us right to the edge where we needed to make the decision.

From the beginning, we’ve learned so much about such a wide range of topics—from real estate investing to the day-to-day realities of managing, marketing, and maintaining a successful short-term rental.

We’ve had two coaches during our time in the Academy, and both have been amazing. But we have to give a special shout-out to our current coach, Scott Jiles!

When we first started working with Scott, we had an empty calendar and no bookings. After just a few short weeks of meeting with him regularly, we now have a FULL calendar for the next two months! Scott gave us specific, actionable advice to help boost our listing on the STR platforms, increase our traffic and visibility, and most importantly, turn that visibility into actual bookings. Seeing that turnaround happen so quickly has been incredible.

Looking back, joining BNB Investor Academy has truly been one of the best decisions we’ve made in our short-term rental journey. Without the education, coaching, resources, and community, we likely would have made some costly mistakes, taken much longer to get our property up and running, and struggled to figure out how to compete in our market.

From clueless to STR operators in a couple of months: BNB Investor Academy delivered

My husband and I came into BNB Investor Academy knowing almost nothing about short-term rentals. Just a couple of months later, we launched our first property. We couldn't have done it without this program.

The training walks you through the entire process step by step: choosing a good market, running the financial analysis, setting up property and operations, managing pricing, and understanding the tax benefits. Nothing was left to guesswork. They have a recommended resource for every step of the process. On top of the course material, the office hours with successful STR owners gave us real-world insight we couldn't have found anywhere else.

What truly set the Academy apart was the support. We were paired with a dedicated Customer Success Manager, Dante Myers, and he was smart, clear, resourceful and supportive every step of the way. Yes, that includes the panic texts in the middle of the night when we weren't sure how to respond to a guest request or when we were doubting our plans/projections. Having someone in our corner day and night made all the difference.

The Academy also plugs you into a network of fellow investors, including social media groups for specific STR markets. Ours is filled with wonderful, supportive people, many of whom are also BNB Academy students and are generous enough to go check on our property so we can have peace of mind. For remote operators like us, that's a lifesaver. It's amazing how many meaningful connections you can build remotely through this community.

This is the best investment we've ever made as BNB Investor Academy gave us a real way to bet on ourselves. We're so grateful, and we'd recommend it to anyone who's serious about getting into short-term rentals.

There is extensive and absolutely relevant content on the BNB website, we learned a lot and it really helped as we moved toward finding a property.

One thing we really appreciate about BNB Academy is that they aren't going to do the work for you — and they shouldn't. You have to put in time, do the work, ask questions, learn the material, and truly commit yourself to the process. This isn't a "sign up and magically become a real estate investor" type of program. You get out what you put in.

But once you make the decision to take the leap and truly commit, something changes. Learning becomes contagious. You start looking at properties differently. You start analyzing numbers everywhere you go. You start having conversations about deals, markets, financing, renovations, and the possibilities in front of you. Before you know it, you're completely immersed in the process — and honestly, it's exciting!

Charlie has played a huge role in helping us build that confidence and momentum. His communication, willingness to teach, and ability to break things down have made the learning process so much easier to navigate. Having someone in your corner who you can reach out to and work through things with makes a huge difference.

It is great having someone that you can talk to and ask questions. Arno made the experience a pleasure rather than it being something that overwhelms you. Are there things they could improve upon? Absolutely. But overall, they can get you from nothing to something in a short amount of time as opposed to doing it on your own could take years to learn. I would also say doing this without a mentor, like starting any business without a mentor, is crazy. Having BNB Investor Academy and Arno in your corner is worth its weight in stays!

B&B Investor Academy has been a great experience for me, especially because of the amount of support, accountability, and guidance they provide throughout the process. Can’t say enough great things about all the fine folks at BNB Investor Academy. Absolutely a pleasure to work with. We had two awesome CSMs and my man Niko deserve a raise haha! Very helpful and the main reason for all of our success. I also got to give a shout out for the group willing to work with us on our unconventional circumstances/approach which lead to unforeseen circumstances but they helped us pivot that lead to success. Success we would not have had without the Academy. They definitely don’t deserve any 1 star reviews. I read each and that is definitely not we experience across the board. Keep it up guys and hope we can circle back and give it a go again soon.

I'm in the middle of buying my first Airbnb through Michael's Program. It took a while, but my offer has been accepted and we're closing on the loan today. Though the process took time, I've realized that's actually the easy part.

Airbnb Academy has laid out a video education program, user groups, and — most importantly — hands-on help to guide you toward a performing investment. They've taught me that anyone can buy a property, but they teach and personally guide you toward a valuable one.

Beyond that, there's the Boardroom, which helps you acquire more properties and scale using tax optimization strategies and investor relationships.

My coach Fern has been patient and positive throughout, and I feel confident and comforted going through this process. At the group meetings, Fern helps people at every stage of their Airbnb journey — analysis, acquisition, funding, insurance, pricing strategies, customer service, increasing returns, and a lot more. This is real-life teaching.
