Awesome experience with the academy in helping me get my first STR property. My CSM is Niko and I couldn’t have done any of it without his knowledge and willingness to help! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to enter the STR game but needs a little help getting started.

Working with Charlie has been an absolute game-changer for us. From day one, he’s been approachable, super knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in seeing us succeed. Instead of waiting for us to reach out, he proactively checks in and follows up, making sure we always feel supported and never stuck.

We were the quintessential ‘we have thought about air bnb for a while but haven’t done anything about it couple’ so making this investment is a great way to throw yourself in to the water because you’re not gonna sink you’ll swim… great support network, ton of resources and pre assembled checklists, shopping lists, process improvement, pricing support, the list goes on. Dedicated hour every day to jump on with CSMs to bounce ideas and ask questions.. not sure there is many other options like this out there. Be prepared to invest in things outside of just your home and amenities- it does take capital to play this game but if you want to come out with a top tier property it’s worth your money time and energy.

I had been doing research on my own for AirBnBs and knew I could do it alone. However I wanted to make sure an investment this large would be worth it. I found the BNB Investor Academy on Instagram, and signed up for an informational call to see what they were about. Within a few days I was signed up for coaching, and it was the best decision I made! Having access to someone who has been through it to walk me through step by step was key to my success. Dante Myers was my CSM, and we paired very well. He was able to give me his input and advice throughout which I took and ran with each time. After about a month in I realized how much I would have missed out on if I had went through on my own. After about 4 months I was already launching my AirBnB and getting 5 star reviews. The academy wasn’t just coaching though; they offered amazing resources and connections, a wealth of knowledge in short videos to walk you through each process, and even different templates to help you research properties. Going into my last stretch of the academy I switched CSMs to Charlie Oxford and he has been super helpful already. We are looking to launch a second property and I’m confident he will help me each step of the way! This investment has been 100% worth it, the return and wealth of knowledge is something I can keep well passed the 6 months.

The Academy, Arno, and the Somerled design team were all amazing assets to getting our first property launched. Special shout out to Fern McClure who has been with me every step of the way, allowing me to close on a property with $150,000 equity built in while managing the property from three continents away. Going live in two months and the rest is history.

Coach Arno was perfect — he skipped the basics on markets or design since we didn't need that, focused on taking over from Yonder, setting up the Airbnb listing, property management/dynamic pricing software, launching, rebooking guests and taking advantage of Airbnb’s algorithm to get new bookings. Since going live (2 weeks ago), we have bookings through November, and have double the total market occupancy rate for the next 60 days.
