The only constructive feedback I would offer is around payment terms. The Academy has been flexible with payment plans for us, and we’re grateful for that. Since many people joining are first-time investors without a large portfolio, I’d love to see payment options that better align with client success. For example, having a portion paid up front for the education, videos, and staffing required, with milestone-based payments tied to things like locking in a first property, getting it listed, or securing first bookings. I think that kind of structure would create even more alignment, give new investors a little more cash in their pocket up front to help generate early cash flow, and incentivize success on both sides.

Overall, we are incredibly grateful for Arno, Michael, Logan and this entire community. This program helped us move from burnout and uncertainty to action, momentum, and real belief in what’s possible.

Hands down one of the most influential aspects of the program is your individually assigned CSM who really assists you with every step of the process. Our CSM, Nick has been pivotal to our success— offering so many insights and steering us away from opportunities that wouldn’t truly serve our goals. He’s a seasoned expert whose opinion and guidance has been instrumental to getting started and continuing to manage our STR. He’s helped us navigate everything from partnership opportunities, learn how to use tools like AirDNA to conduct accurate market research, use Hospitable, Airbnb, Pricelabs, identify properties, and just about assist with any STR-related question. He’s always accessible to answer last minute questions or concerns that crop up and he’s been a solid support system through the process. This is a well-managed program that wants its customers to succeed.
