BNB investor academy and Coach Dante helped us take off with our first Airbnb and we’re never looking back. We just went live a month ago and we’re already a guest favorite and booked through the summer! We can’t take all of the credit, though, we couldn’t have gotten here without this group and Coach Dante. Our Airbnb success is directly correlated to what we have learned and continue to learn from our coach and the academy. Learning from these experienced investors is invaluable, especially with all of the detailed modules to look back on throughout the Airbnb purchase and setup process. Joining BNB Academy was one of the best decisions I made in my STR journey. The program gave me the knowledge, resources, and confidence to move forward with purchasing my first short-term rental—something I honestly don't think I would have done on my own.

The community was another huge benefit. I've made genuine friendships with other members who are still people I regularly talk to and learn from today.

The amount of knowledge we’ve gained and the things we’ve accomplished in such a short period of time have been incredible. We truly would not be in the position we are today if we had tried to do all of this on our own.

One of the best aspects of the academy is the live video calls held throughout the week covering a wide variety of topics. Members from all different backgrounds and stages of their journeys participate, and there is always something new to learn. The one-on-one Zoom calls and coaching office hours have been our favorite part of the experience.

Our CSM, Arno, took us under his wing and has been an incredible asset as we prepared to launch our first short-term rental in early May. He is always accessible, genuinely invested in our success, and willing to help whenever needed.

Learning from people like Arno, the other CSMs, and Michael has been both inspiring and motivating. They are actively working toward their own goals and were once in the same position we are now, which makes their guidance even more valuable.

I had been operating short term rentals on my own for around 4 years and some were doing okay, others I couldn't get to cash flow. I got started with the academy in hopes of trying to optimize the listings we have to see if we could get each unit to cash flow and within the first 6 weeks of gaining access to the material as well as working with my coach Nicholas- we were able to get each property cash flowing. I had one property that never collected more than 3400 a month. I met with Nicholas about this property and he helped me deep dive into the listing issues and ways to make it look better and optimize. The following month after we made all of the changes he recommended we collected 5100! And we have bookings out for the next 3 months totaling over 16k. I would recommend this company and Nicholas over and over!

My wife and I were hesitant at first. Everything looks great on social media and the “norm” for work/retirement was instilled in us from parents, so what was the catch? What started as hesitation turned to jumping in to a new world that has opened so many doors for our family. The course is proven, as we and countless others have experienced the same thing. The coaches are there for you at every turn, making sure you consider “X”, tweak this a little, do that a little different. We had ups and downs through our Academy journey and Dante was there for it all. Starting out with arbitrage and then switching to a purchase when the numbers didn’t work. He was positive and constructive every day - making sure we stuck to the system and kept our eyes on the prize.

The BNB Investor Academy has been an exceptional experience from the outset. The academy provides access to some of the most comprehensive curricula in the field of short-term rentals. Excellent! Not going to lie, it’s a lot of work and you must be self directed and motivated in order to succeed. But the feedback, advice, and handholding provided by the academy is immaculate and very valuable. If you are looking to set up a cheap, arbitrage type Airbnb, then this might be overpowered for you. But if you’re looking to set up a high end or luxury property, and especially if you are planning on buying a property (as opposed to arbitrage) this academy is very helpful.
