I cannot praise Boardwalk highly enough. Mike was honest, clear and made the whole journey as easy as possible, while Chris kept us informed at every stage and worked tirelessly between both solicitors to keep everything moving.

I would 100% recommend Boardwalk to anyone looking for a solid, trustworthy and genuinely brilliant estate agent. A true 10/10 experience.

Mike sold our house and I could not recommend him more. His communication was excellent and he worked so collaboratively with us to find the right buyers for our house. He was really pro active and kept us in the loop at all times. Would absolutely recommend Boardwalk and Mike , he was fantastic.

From first meeting with Nick I knew I was in safe hands.
He accompanied me twice to look at the flat. He was quick to respond to any queries I had. If he couldn’t pick up he let me know and rang me back as soon as he could.
Passing me on to Ruby at the appropriate time. She has been so positive and supportive during the twists and turns of selling and purchasing.

Ruby was wonderful! She kept the whole process moving quickly and smoothly. I was genuinely amazed at how efficient it all was, and she was always quick to respond to any queries I had. Thank you Ruby!

We had a really good experience selling and buying with Boardwalk. Holly did a great job selling out house and giving advice and then found us a house pre marketing which was perfect for us. Ruby then did a fantastic job pushing the two sales forwards and keeping us updated. She gave good advice when we were negotiating with our buyer and kept on chasing solicitors and pushing things forward. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience with Boardwalk, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. We had a quick sale, with great communication and feedback from Rhia. She also passed on valuable local market knowledge that was helpful for us when negotiating our purchase.

The sales progression was brilliant, Ruby was very knowledgeable about the process, and she was instrumental in pushing forward our sale and keeping us in the loop throughout.

Boardwalk (particularly Ruby) have made our house purchase significantly easier than it could have been. Updates are regular, they push solicitors when things are not moving quickly enough, and the customer care is fantastic. Would highly recommend.

What can I say, well Boardwalk as a whole have been so brilliant, from the marketing to the sale and completion of our house in Bristol. I cannot list any negatives but positives I can.
1. I was listened to, and I was also guided through the first stages of going on board with Boardwalk.
2. The marketing was so very good, Boardwalk got the viewers through the door, and always posted feedback. We had been with other estate agents and getting people through the door had seemed to be a problem.
3. I'm not sure if I can mention names, but Ester worked so hard and NEVER gave up on us at all.
4. We bagged an offer, we accepted an offer and we were passed over to the progression team, but also Ester was still in the background if we needed her.
5. Sophie who works in the progression team has also been so so amazing. Right from the start Sophie was in touch, introduced herself and explained how things would progress, what her role was and how we would be able to see the progression of both sides through the property file.
6. Sophie has been so supportive through everything. We certainly have had our own personal difficulties to cope with outside of the house sale, and I can honestly say that Sophie has been such a big support, there if I needed her, and willing to talk to people on my behalf if I wanted her to.
7. Would I recommend Boardwalk? Yes 100% I would, and have already recommended Boardwalk to others who are thinking of putting their house on the market. Boardwalk have gone above and beyond any other estate agent that I have come across.

It really felt like she was personally invested in making the experience as stress-free and painless as possible for us. Flawless from start to finish - when searching for a house, Cameron and Martin were very helpful and made me feel confident that I was making the best choice. The focus is always on what's best for you - I never felt pushed into anything, and communication was always clear and friendly. Me and my partner were particularly looking out for Boardwalk listings - always great places, you seem to be selective!

Once I'd had my offer accepted, Ruby did an incredible job as the sales progressor. I was updated at every stage, with weekly check-ins and updates on any major progress. I had great visibility on the process from start to finish, and felt very well informed in the busy completion week - thank for your extra attention on that week!

Rhea was fantastic with all the viewings. She is incredibly knowledgeable and offered invaluable advice.
Ruby was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole buying process. We had weekly phone calls to discuss progress, concerns and pain points. She was phenomenal at liaising with the solicitors and buyers, and was always on the ball. The whole process would have been very different without Ruby’s support throughout.
