Reported the issue with my fence being blown down during last weekend’s storm on Sunday.
I had a response Monday morning advising receipt of issue and that the Landlord would be contacted. By Monday evening updated by nessage that a Contractor had been awarded the job. On Wednesday morning contacted by Contractor to arrange to come same day to carry out repair. Follow up message from Katie Hayes at L&S checking on quality of work and if I was happy with standard.

After my boiler decided to break down on Saturday morning, I immediately contacted Keira at Linleys maintenance department, within an hour a engineer was here, unfortunately the part had to be ordered, on the Monday morning I was contacted by Paul the engineer who had now received the part and he came and fitted it straight away. Excellent service by all concerned. Thank you.

Really happy with the service from the estate agents. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, but I’d especially like to say a big thank you to Phoebe Caves. She’s been lovely throughout and has been so helpful and easy to deal with. She’s made the whole experience a lot easier, and I really appreciate all the help and support she’s given.

I recently had to contact Lindsey Simpson regarding an issue with my gas boiler. Nicole dealt with my call. she promptly arranged for an engineer to attend the property. Nicole was very efficient and professional, following up with a call to ensure the engineer had sorted everything out to my satisfaction.

Grace Smithson was really helpful. Greatly appreciated

Tyla was very helpful from the moment I arrived to the point of leaving in the car, she showed me around the property, explained where everything was located and let me feel very welcome to make a decision on the property. She stayed and helped me make contact with the company to accept the property which made this so simple and allowed me to enjoy a new property without the stress that usually comes with it.

Dealt with Mia Baker - we had a dripping tap for a year, had a visit from a contractor who tightened it. Kept wasting water. After reporting it again the other day, within 24 hrs we had someone out to fix it, so really quick and useful. I really do not like landlords and letting agents but I can’t fault MIA here as she was quick and helpful. Thanks again !
