Took my deposit and no update and no reimbursement or communication they are a disgrace and they use A.I to reply if I could give a 0 star I would. All nice to your face.

Very smooth process from start to finish. Emily made life much easier by supporting us in the background. Would highly recommend Miles and Barr.

Debbie mead has been amazing throughout buying our house process, we have had a lot of bumps along the road! Debbie made sure that we got the answers and the completion done on time! She has been very quick at responding to message's. Thank you so much Debbie for your help and support throughout it all, can’t recommend Debbie enough!

Louise was very good helping with a drawn out sale. Good advice on what to say to solicitors to avoid delays and even answered emails in the evening.

I haven’t moved house for nearly 20 years so very worried and nervous about the whole thing. It had become very long not through any fault of Miles and Barr but they helped me all the way through with everything at ease and confidence. All the staff most helpful kind and considerate in my home with viewings etc. when it came to the sale it became very stressful due to my solicitor, but yet again all eased and helped by Miles and Barr taking control of everything for me. I have to say though one particular member of staff was completely outstanding Melissa S I cannot thank her enough. When I say I thought I was going to have a meltdown I’m not exaggerating. Melissa went above and beyond and in her own time too. My solicitor nearly caused a collapse but some how Mel turned everything around and made it all work. I cannot stress how much I appreciate what Mel did for me I’ll be eternally grateful to her for helping me get my new home. We all need a Mel from Miles and Barr top service award there most professional in every way Herne Bay

Jade Eccot made all the difference , she is a brilliant communicator who kept her word to call when she said she would , kept me informed all the time , definitely helped keep my mind at ease . Thankyou Jade :)

Miles & Barr made our house selling effortless. They had sold one of our relatives houses so this is why we went back to them. We left the keys with them so that they could show potential buyers round and nothing was too much trouble for them. All the staff were extremely friendly and very professional. 

The Senior Sales Progressor, Denise Lumpkin, was very efficient and helpful and always followed things through. Denise works 3.5 days a week and unfortunately Miles & Barr don’t officially provide anyone to cover when Denise is not there, although a colleague kindly covers when Denise is on leave. I do feel that Miles & Barr should have someone available to speak to 5 days a week and provide the staffing to cover this.

I can highly recommend Miles and Barr for your next house move, particularly Ruben and Melissa in the Herne Bay branch. They have made what was an extremely complicated move and simple as possible and kept me updated throughout the process. 10/10, will use again.

Louise Daly was brilliant, she kept us fully updated at every step,she was constantly chasing all parties involved and managed to push the sale through with a weeks notice..and all of this when she was feeling and sounding really poorly. Louise even helped us sort a minor issue 2 weeks after we had completed..we can't praise or thank her enough.

Miles and Barr were brilliant from the get go. Their house progression team are great and Emily was amazing in keeping me up to date whilst purchasing my new home.
All the staff were great, they were very easy to get in contact with and arranging any viewings was a breeze.
Highly recommended for people selling their homes and people looking to purchase.

Becky was very speedy ,efficient , and caring when answering my questions and keeping me informed during the sales process. I live in NZ and was selling a house in Ramsgate and a 12-13 hour time difference is certainly not easy !

A very important part of the sale of our house was the excellent work of our sales progressor Jade. She kept us up to date at all points of the sale with weekly updates and keeping us informed of any potential issues along the chain. She was happy to take our sometimes stessed phone calls and carried out further enquiries to ease our worries. Very happy.

Everything was very professional and communication was amazing, the lady who was dealing with my case was Louise and she was always extremely helpful and kind. Kept me updated regularly and I would recommend as I felt comfortable and confident in her the whole time.

I honestly can’t thank Louise enough for all her help and support throughout the sale of my property. The whole process has been incredibly stressful and has taken much longer than expected, but Louise has been brilliant throughout.

She has consistently chased things up, kept in contact with the buyer and solicitors, and done everything she could to help move the sale forward. She has been proactive, approachable and supportive, and I really appreciate the effort she has put in, especially when there have been delays and complications outside of her control.

Selling a property can be stressful enough without all the extra complications, but having someone who genuinely tries to help and get things sorted makes a real difference. I always felt that Louise was doing her best to get things moving and help us reach completion.

I’m really grateful for everything she has done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property. We have just exchanged on our new home and we are so grateful for Jade's help in getting everything over the line. Despite a fair few 'last minute' delays, Jade was tenacious in continuing to chase everything for us and keeping things moving forward. Jade was always very responsive to our emails and calls and made sure we were always as up-to-date as she was. Thanks Jade!

The team at Miles and Barr were efficient and professional from start to end.
Special mentions have to go out to Debbie Thwaites who kept us informed throughout the transactions on both our sale and onward purchase which were both through Miles and Barr. She really did her utmost to move things along during what can be a stressful process and was a pleasure to deal with.
Also Fran Chudleigh who did the viewings on our house was delightful and we knew our house and cats were in safe hands.
Would thoroughly recommend.
