Very professional team that is easily accessible and friendly

Luke Pitchen, who is the property manager of my flat is so helpful. He always responds to my queries in a timely manner and is very proactive. He is solutions oriented and has provided great services to me.

Fatima was outstanding in her professionalism, she showed me multiple apartments in detail and answered all the questions I had. She went above and beyond to find me alternative one beds and studios and arranged everything promptly. Great and stress-free experience throughout.

As a new tenant looking for a flat, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with JOHNS&CO.

Despite it being the day before the Easter holiday, Andrew Shek still forwarded my offer to the landlord promptly – that level of dedication really stood out.

Candice was equally impressive. She replied to every email quickly, explained everything clearly over the phone, and made a potentially confusing process feel simple and transparent.

Together, they delivered a service that felt seamless, professional, and well-coordinated. It’s clear that JOHNS&CO invests heavily in training their team. Highly recommended for anyone renting flats.

I recently moved into a new apartment, and Nicole Wright was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process! She made settling in much easier and handled the shower issue promptly and efficiently. I really appreciated how considerate and proactive she was, as well as her clear communication and quick turnaround on everything! I would definitely recommend her!

You don’t always get an answer and have to chase, but then I got Summer-Daisy as an agent and everything started to come together.

They have a strong tenant network and were able to secure a tenant within two weeks, negotiating a rental level that worked well in my favour.

During the contract stage, I also found the team to be very cooperative and flexible in accommodating specific terms. In particular, I have found it a pleasure working with their valuer Isobel H, administrator Victoria A, manager Naomi M, and client accountant Rachel. They have been consistently professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process.

Daniel Amponsah has been fantastic in helping us through a variety of appliance issues throughout the flat. Communicative and responsive.

Pros:
Good quality properties, a large team, and overall compliance with legal standards. They do make an effort to support tenants, even if execution can be slow.

Cons:
Long waits for repairs, slow and bureaucratic processes, and generally mediocre service. Before Summer-Daisy was assigned to my property, I dealt with multiple managers and the experience was largely the same, issues took time to resolve and communication wasn’t always efficient.

Since Summer-Daisy took over my property, things have noticeably improved. Communication is clearer, responses are quicker, and there is a much stronger sense of accountability. She stands out as one of the more competent agents I’ve dealt with.

I would strongly recommend JOHNS&CO and their agent Andrew Tonge.
I first spoke to Andrew at a moment of real stress. I had already begun the process of renting another flat when, without any explanation, the landlord raised the price dramatically and walked away from the deal. After three months, the property is still empty, which says everything about how unreasonable that situation was.
Andrew reached out to me just then, as my details had been passed on within his agency. He listened to me for a long time, with patience and attention, and immediately understood both the urgency and the practical aspects of the problem. What impressed me most was not only his responsiveness, but the clarity with which he moved straight to a solution.
From that first conversation, I felt I could rely on him. He is thoughtful, measured, and consistently professional. In a very short time, he found me a beautiful flat and handled the entire negotiation with precision and care.
After more than ten years in London and several moves, I do not say this lightly: this has been the smoothest experience I have had. The process was clear, transparent, and managed properly from start to finish.

Struggled to find somewhere comfortable to settle with. John and co helped me find the perfect spot. Savannah was very keen on helping me with that.

I had a very positive experience throughout the entire renting process. From the initial viewing to all the steps that followed, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was always clear, and the team was consistently reachable, which made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.

I’d also like to highlight my property manager, Yantong Lin. Although we haven’t been working together for a long time, they have already been incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive whenever needed.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and would genuinely hope to work with the same agency again in the future if I move to another place.
